EAT WELL It’s easy to snack at work, but it’s even easier to run downstairs to a fridge full of snacks at home. Everything is great in moderation however we need to be aware of our eating habits, what we put in our bodies and how different foods make us feel. Here are some top tips for eating well in isolation.

STICK TO EATING ROUTINES - at times similar to when you would eat in work. EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST - this will help set you up for the day, fruit and grains are best. MAKE GOOD USE OF WHAT YOU HAVE – try not to waste when food is limited. TRY NEW RECIPES – working from home means extra time, and cooking can be therapeutic. DON’T FORGET YOUR 5 A DAY - for essential vitamins and minerals, we need them more than ever.



MAKE YOUR OWN DESK SPACE Working from home isn’t always the ideal situation. We all have distractions at home whether it be children, pets, parents, house mates, partners or siblings, even noisy neighbours, it can become hard to focus. The great thing about being at home is that you can design your own desk space however you like it. Working in a designated space at home is easy – even if your home is small, it just needs to be away from where you sleep. Designers often help companies design office spaces for optimal productivity, and what a great thing that we can make our own.

• CLEAN UP - Your workspace should be clean and decluttered. • JAZZ UP - Try a nice green plant nearby and work near a window for sunlight. • SIT UP - It is proven that people work better with a table and chair. • GET UP - Take regular breaks.

Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcoholbased hand rub or wash them with soap and water.

Maintain at least 2 metres distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.

IF YOU HAVE A FEVER, COUGH AND DIFFICULTY BREATHING, SEEK MEDICAL CARE EARLY Stay home if you feel unwell. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance.
