Montcrest School is proud of its music program where every child from JK to Grade 8 participates in a vocal, ukulele, or band class and performs on stage each year. Students are enjoying a return to more dynamic arts offerings in the classrooms and have the opportunity to engage in a variety of co-curricular ensembles.

The Montcrest Singers and our primary students were the first to perform this year. They presented their songs and poems at our Winter Concert, One Small Voice. This was our first concert since 2019, and a highlight for our community. This spring the grade 4’s and 5’s took the stage with their ukuleles and performed their songs for appreciative and excited parents, and we are looking forward to performances by our band students in May.

As we celebrate a return to school concerts and assemblies, our students are very excited to be performing in the Intermediate Choir. Montcrest congratulates all other schools participating in this year’s concert.
