Trying to read the Albany tea leaves? Or, according to one drink order overheard at the state Capitol Dunkin’, the Albany lemonade + iced coffee + iced tea leaves. It’s hard to tell as the session ends, and rumors fly and notes are passed about what’ll get done and what’ll have to wait until 2023. Or 2024 … or 2034. Who’s a winner and who’s a loser can change as quickly as the day’s agenda. Don’t see your favorite names here? Wait a few days, when the dust settles.
