e welcome you to Hong Kong and to CityLife, the monthly magazine for visitors to Asia’s World City. In December, Hong Kong turns into a winter wonderland as the city prepares for the Christmas holiday season full-on. Most visually striking during this joyous time are the colourful lighting displays reaching the full height of tall buildings around the harbour, which is truly a sight to behold. Nightly light shows decorating the sky accentuate the festive ambience. All around the city, shopping malls bid to outdo each other in thematic decorations, restaurants offer sumptuous Christmas dinners and there are parties galore. Along with its secular aspects, Christmas remains an important religious holiday for the large Christian community here in Hong Kong. Whatever your persuasion, you have come to the perfect place to celebrate this joyful holiday. Please visit our cover story on page 10 as well as the Calendar Section for all the details. Located in the heart of the New Territories, Sha Tin is the earliest and remains the largest of Hong Kong’s satellite towns and the city's most populous district. While largely a dormitory community, Sha Tin is also home to museums, temples, heritage sites, one of the city's largest shopping malls, among other attractions, making it an interesting destination for visitors wanting to sample the local culture. Please check out our feature story on Sha Tin on page 16 and make a date to visit it if you can. Horse racing is Hong Kong's premier sporting pastime. Even if you are not a hardcore racing fan, attending a race day event in Hong Kong and cheering on the horses along with the local crowds is a chance to see into the soul of this town. This month, Hong Kong hosts the Longines Hong Kong International Races, one of the marquee events of the season. Make a dash for it if you are in the city; it promises a cavalcade of fun. Whether you are traveling alone or with your children, you may want to catch the timeless ballet classic The Nutcracker, which is performed during the Christmas holiday season every year by the Hong Kong Ballet. The heartwarming story and Tchaikovsky’s wonderful music are a sure way to lift anyone’s spirit. December is all about festivities and the holiday season, and as such, a lovely month to visit Hong Kong. Hong Kong New Year Countdown Celebrations

Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour takes centre stage as the city welcomes in the New Year with its spectacular New Year Countdown. Join the hundreds of thousands of revellers gathered along the waterfront watching the harbour illuminated as never before. You can make a wish upon a pyrotechnic star for the year ahead every 15 minutes from 11pm onwards as rooftops around the harbour erupt with shooting stars. Then, as midnight approaches, a stunning pyromusical will illuminate the iconic harbour with a brilliant 2019 light display, fireworks and special effects.

Hong Kong’s iconic Victoria Harbour and its skyline light up as never before this month in celebration of the holiday season, with a spectacular light show and lighting displays.

The Nutcracker

SAINT SHINES IN SKYSCRAPER SHADOWS 聖約翰座堂

Arthur Hacker looks at the turbulent history of St John’s Cathedral 亞瑟·克赫回顧聖約翰座堂的動亂歷史

t was an American Baptist missionary, the Reverend Jehu Lewis Shuck, who built Hong Kong's first Christian church on Queen's Road in 1842. Around the same time he started a newspaper called The Friend of China and set up a mission school with his formidable wife Henrietta. This aggressive woman was not content with converting Chinese to Christianity but simultaneously launched a crusade to save the souls of English heathens. Leading English merchant princes were called taipans, and when one of their number remarked casually that although he believed in heaven he thought that hell was “a load of fudge”, Henrietta called him “a vile sinner.” Consequently, the colony’s merchants and opium dealers were not enamoured of the aggressive behaviour of the Shuck family and neither was the Church of England, which had been upstaged by the Baptists, and had therefore lost face. The trading community was much more interested in constructing commercial premises such as warehouses – known as godowns – and sumptuous, ostentatious mansions for the nouveau riche taipans, than building a house of God. For the next few years the Anglican

community was reduced to worshipping in a humble matshed on Murray Barracks parade ground (present-day Admiralty). The second governor of Hong Kong, Sir John Davis, found the money needed to build a church. This scholarly and rather pompous politician composed, in Latin, the inscription on the foundation stone where he describes himself as “A legate of the British Queen in China and bedecked with proconsul dignity”. The Protestant cathedral was ironically designed by an architect surnamed Pope. lt cost $6,000 and when St John's Cathedral opened in 1849 at 4-8 Garden Road, the congregation was outraged to discover that the unpopular governor’s ensanguined coatof-arms, a bloody hand, was emblazoned over the west door. It is still there. Protocol demanded that the governor and the lieutenant-governor sat in the front pews. Senior civil servants and top navy and military officers sat behind them. There was fierce competition for the next row of seats. The nearer to the front you prayed the greater your prestige. The unseemly ‘battle of the pews’ was closely followed by the pernicious press at the time.

Things soon settled down and the cathedral continued quietly serving the Anglican community until Christmas Day 1941 – when disaster struck. This was when the British garrison surrendered to the Japanese forces. The invaders occupied the building but there are conflicting reports about what it was used for: a canteen, a jujitsu club or even a stable for Japanese officers' horses. When the British returned, they found it completely vandalised. After the war, the rebuilding of the desecrated cathedral was taken up as a community effort. Unlike their brethren a hundred years earlier, the taipans of the 1940s were extremely generous and provided everything from hassocks to hymn books, stained glass windows and even a new peal of bells. When Davis built the cathedral, it was the tallest building in Hong Kong. Famously sitting on the only freehold plot of land in the colony (the remainder being leased from the government), it dominated the city for generations until the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank opened its doors in 1935. ln the 1930s the bank was the highest building east of Suez until you reached the shores of California. These days, it is only a matter of a few years before some local property developer or institution has built a new highest building in Hong Kong, in a never-ending Tower of Babel competition. Looking at St John’s today, surrounded by massive skyscrapers, it beggars belief that this tiny ‘toy town’ church was long the tallest and most magnificent building in Hong Kong and the dominant feature of the picturesque colonial city of Victoria. Nevertheless, it remains a glorious piece of architecture, striking in its tranquillity and as valued as ever, a reminder of a bygone age.■

8-25 December 1941: The Battle of Hong Kong was part of the opening salvo of assaults by Imperial Japan that launched the Pacific Theatre of World War II, alongside Pearl Harbour and attacks on Singapore, Guam the Philippines and elsewhere. After a tenacious inch-by-inch defence of the tiny territory against the land-based attack from the north, the Allied forces – British, local Hong Kong and other Chinese, Indian, Canadian and others – surrendered to the Japanese on Christmas Day, 1941 at the Peninsula Hotel.

29 December 1993: The Big Buddha, then the world’s largest seated Buddha statue, was opened to the public at Po Lin Monastery on Lantau Island.

Christmas Bazaars, Fairs and Markets 圣诞集市、展览和市场 Picking out gifts and knick-knacks for family and friends at Christmas markets is always good fun. The city’s large Western expatriate community and various church community groups do an excellent job of organizing these homely events. While most take place in November, there are still a few December events worth stopping by to experience the city’s civic spirit.

Over two weekends, this popular Christmas market frequented by locals in picturesque Stanley is transformed into a Finnish fairytale land, replete with glass domes and bright multicoloured lights. Be sure to visit the Stanley Street market and the waterfront promenade as well. 8 and 9; 15 and 16 December.

ha Tin, located in the heart of the New Territories, was the first of the 1970s New Town projects initiated by the Hong Kong Government to settle the city’s burgeoning population. While vestiges of rural villages remain, Sha Tin is now primarily a thriving dormitory community. Still, it offers bona fide tourist attractions and is a great place to explore Hong Kong's cultural heritage, the scenic outdoors, temples of worship and local foods, bundled with a down-to-earth slice of ‘everyday Hong Kong’, making it an ideal one-day visit.

Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery 萬佛寺

Located only half a kilometre from Sha Tin MTR Station, the monastery is one of the best-known and most visited temples. Built on a steep hillside, the monastery comprises five temples, four pavilions, one veranda and one pagoda, all connected by a steep path consisting of 431 steps. Over 500 lifesize Arhans – Buddhist saints – line the way up. There are almost 13,000 Buddha statues housed through the monastery grounds.

This historic village compound belonging to the Tsang clan was built in 1847 and remains one of the best-preserved walled villages of the Hakka people. The buildings retain the original granite, bricks and solid timber of the interlinked residential houses and ancestral hall, with a large courtyard in front. Tsang Tai Uk.

Che Kung Temple 車公廟

Built in honour of Che Kung, a great general from the Song Dynasty, the Che Kung Temple in Tai Wai is visited by thousands, especially during Chinese New Year. Built at the end of Ming Dynasty and renovated several times since, a giant statue of Che Kung stands in the main hall. A wheel of fortune supposedly brings good luck when the fan blade is turned three times. 7 Che Kung Miu Road, Tai Wai, Sha Tin.

Sha Tin is home to several excellent hiking trails including into the nearby Ma On Shan Country Park. The Amah Rock is a 15-metre high rock in the shape of a woman holding her baby. Legend has it that she waits for her husband who never returned from the sea. It can be reached by an easy hike from Tai Wai and you’ll be rewarded with a good view of Sha Tin. rench cooking, Japanese ingredients, and the finest Italian white truffles: that’s the irresistible combination on offer at à nu retrouvez-vous, the Michelin-starred restaurant located in Harbour City shopping mall. The restaurant, which originates from Tokyo, opened its doors in Hong Kong in December 2017 to wide acclaims for its French-Japanese concept aimed to create innovative French dishes using high quality Japanese ingredients, and preparing them in accord with its motto “Just as it is”. à nu, as it’s known, is promoting a seasonal white truffle menu. The truffles are sourced directly from Tartufi Morra of Alba, Italy during the October to late December season. Tartufi Morra, one of the most highly respected truffle suppliers, offer their products only to the highest quality restaurants in the world. Naturally we are keen. The restaurant space feels intimate; its modern Japanese décor exudes an understated elegance. The subdued lighting and decorations allow guests to immediately immerse themselves in the panoramic harbour views and the iconic skyline of Hong Kong Island opposite. It’s clear that à nu is designed for a romantic or special dining experience.

The White Truffle Tasting Menu ($1580 per person) on offer is a four-course dinner. However, we were able to sample a couple more of the restaurant’s signature dishes as well. The Amuse Bouche came first, three delicate bite-size appetizers that grab our attention – the crabmeat in particular is delicious. Smoked Katsuo in Ceviche Style Served with Eggplant, which is one of the entrée options in the white truffle menu, is next. The skipjack tuna meat, slightly smoked, tastes

fresh and tender, accented nicely by the smoky aroma and citrus flavour. The other entrée option is a gem – Aligot Served with Tome Fraiche and Yatsugatake Egg Yolk and Alba White Truffle (supplement of $350). The white truffle, which is shaved generously at the table, covers the whole pasta. We were practically salivating just watching it, and the distinct aroma permeates the entire restaurant. The pasta tastes savoury and with just the right texture; the egg yolk can be cleanly separated from the egg white, and the truffles were just heavenly. We were told that 5 to 6 grams of truffles are typically used in the dish! We sampled two more entrees – Sujira, Fish of the Day, a Japanese garoupa served with shiso beurre blanc sauce and okra, and Wagyu Kagoshima Fillet Served with Périgord Sauce. Both the fish and beef were perfectly tender. We can certainly appreciate à nu’s concept of infusing fine Japanese ingredients with creative contemporary French cooking, because it really does work. The dinner ended with the été Cake, a lovely dessert in which mango slices are delicately layered in the shape of a yellow rose – what a finish! We should mention that the service was superb – the waiters are attentive and knowledgeable. And an excellent collection of wines and sakes are in stock. à nu retrouvez-vous is an excellent example of a superb delivery of a cutting edge culinary concept, and a perfect place for a dinner for the special occasion or someone. We highly recommend it.■

ai Kwun is the former Central Police Headquarters, now extensively redeveloped and preserved to create a unique art and dining hub. Among its showcase dining venues is a trio of restaurants and bars recently opened by Aqua Restaurant, occupying the entire first floor of the Police Headquarters Block. These are Statement – a western fine-dining outlet, The Dispensary – a bar, and Chinese Library – our next gastronomic destination.

with the effort that went into slicing the tofu. A Sichuan-inspired dim sum, Chilled “Jade Power” in Green Sichuan Pepper Essence ($78) was an interesting addition. This zesty, vegetable dish nicely balanced out the savoury dishes already served.

Chinese Library serves some of Hong Kong’s favourite dishes, drawn from the gamut of regional Chinese cuisines: Cantonese, its mainstay, Chiu Chow, Sichuan, Northern China and Shanghainese. An iron-balustrade staircase greets guests at the first floor, with plaques featuring police badges framing the reception. The dining room’s décor is colonial Oriental, the original wood flooring complemented by jade-coloured walls, ornate gold mirrors, backlit onyx screens and antique Chinese marble tops, in homage to a glamorous bygone era.

We were ready to sample the tour-de-force signature dish – Apple Roasted 45-day Imperial Peking Duck ($680), another iconic Chinese dish. The duck is aged for longer than usual, and the apple sauce covering the roasted duck refreshingly contrasts with the duck meat and the crispy skin.

For our lunch we sampled several dim sum and signature dishes. These included Laksa Xiao Long Bao ($88) the famous Shanghainese dim sum which is a traditional favourite – the meat and soup broth inside the pleated wrapper is savoury and tasty; the Laksa soup adds a clever Malaysian twist and Jade Bitter Melon, Pork & Black Bean Dumpling ($88), another interesting concoction – the crab roe on top of the pork dumpling plus the bitter melon and black beans accent the pork flavour. Another inventive dim sum is the Chrysanthemum “Thousand Cut” Silken Tofu in Chicken Broth ($108). The velvety smooth tofu skin, nano-thinly sliced, replicates a Chrysanthemum and we were impressed

Char siu is another local favourite, and Chinese Library’s premium version – BBQ Pork Loin glazed with New Zealand Manuka Honey ($228), was a treat: the honey-sweet roast pork is mouth-wateringly tender.

The last dish before dessert was a Cantonese favourite – Superior First Extracted Soy Sauce Rice Noodles with Angus Beef Tenderloin ($198). Tender Angus beef slices nicely stir-fried with flat noodles in a hot wok is, for many, the essence of Cantonese wok cooking. We finished this enjoyable meal with four delicious desserts, all shared among us, of course: Classic Egg Tart, Chocolate Lava Mochi, Tofu Panna Cotta, and Deep-fried Chocolate Hazelnut Ball, at $68 each. As Hong Kong’s newest heritage attraction landmark, Tai Kwun is a must-visit destination. Be sure to also drop-by for a sumptuous meal at the Chinese Library – itself destined to be a culinary landmark.■

Ole, one of the city's earlier Spanish restaurants, recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, a notable accomplishment in the city's highly competitive dining scene. The restaurant, located in Central, has maintained its original Spanish bistro style. The decor exudes warmth and friendliness and a Spanish guitar duo adds to the ambience. Through the years Ole has hewn to a well-founded culinary philosophy – serving hearty, down home authentic Spanish dishes using quality ingredients. For dinner, we ordered several starters and entrees to share, always the best way to enjoy a robust Spanish meal. The starters include Deep-fried Spanish Padron Peppers ($90), Spanish Iberico Ham "Joselito Gran Reserva" ($390), which is excellent, and Grilled Spanish Octopus with Paprika and Ali Oil ($160). For entrees, Ole offers a generous selection of meats, fish and seafood, plus a wide variety of paellas. We settled on Slow Roasted Suckling Pig in the Segovia Way ($320 per portion) and Traditional Spanish Seafood Paella ($480). The succulent pork tastes tender and we do always enjoy the zesty flavour of the paella. Make sure you end your meal with some yummy desserts, as we did: Churros con Chocolate Caliente ($80) and Lecha Frita con Salsa Toffee ($80), both of which are delicious and pair excellently with a dessert wine. For a fun and robust dining experience, Ole is definitely high on the list. Give it a try.

LEVELthirty Perched atop the Courtyard Hong Kong Sha Tin Hotel (30th floor) is LEVELthirty Lounge and Bar, a hidden gem that commands a panoramic view of satellite town Sha Tin, the Shing Mun River and Tolo Harbour beyond. A wraparound balcony allows guests to enjoy drinks, food and the views in the open air. The night vista is particularly striking, making LEVELthirty a coveted Sha Tin gathering place during its happy hour. Besides a wide selection of beers (including local Hong Kong craft brews), wines and cocktails, LEVELthirty serves tapas and selected Asian dishes. This season, LEVELthirty is offering the Seafood Boil – a popular cooking method that originates out of Louisiana in which a wide variety of fresh seafood, including Boston Lobster, Octopus, Marinated Bay Abalone, Fresh Squid, Snow Crab Legs, Blue Mussels, Venus Clams, Prawns and Salmon Fillets are cooked at high temperature in an oven bag with aromatic white wine and chicken stock ($538 set for two persons, with two glasses of selected red, white or sparkling wine, available on Mondays and Tuesdays from 6 to 10pm). The seafood is served with deep-fried hush puppies (the batter balls, not the shoes). For evening drinks and a casual meal, that is as good as it gets.

We should note that the former President Suite adjacent to LEVELthirty has been converted into a private function room. Given the views the suite commands, it’s the ideal place for small social or MICE group functions. The hotel is offering a sumptuous gourmet Chinese Seafood Dinner ($1,198 per person) that goes well with the setting. Pay a visit to LEVELthirty and catch a different side of Hong Kong while enjoying drinks, food and gorgeous views. Chiado 希雅度葡国餐厅 The first of our dining destinations is Chiado, the recently opened Portuguese restaurant located in Sands Cotai. Developed in partnership with Portuguese celebrity chef Henrique Sa Pessoa, Chiado is a modern, fine-casual dining concept serving genuine Portuguese food and wines. Chiado's Head Chef, Dario Santos, under the tutelage of Chef Henrique, shared with us his cooking philosophy – genuine, popular Portuguese dishes influenced by the abundance of quality ingredients throughout Asia. For our dinner, we started with a trio of appetisers: Squid and Prawns Sautéed in Chilli and Garlic with Cherry Tomato Compote Arugula and Parmesan cheese (138 patacas), Thinly Sliced 24-month-cured Pata Negra Ham with Marinated Melon Scented with White Port and Mint (148 patacas), and the highly touted Tuna Tataki with Vegetable Escabeche and Tomato Tartare (168 patacas). We also had Roasted Pumpkin Soup with Coconut Cream, Prawn and Almonds (98 patacas), which is excellent and distinctively Portuguese. For entrees we shared Boston Lobster Cataplana with Sweet Potato Perfumed with Lemongrass and Ginger (398 patacas) and Portuguese Style Prime Beef Tenderloin with Portuguese Ham, White Wine and Mustard (278 patacas), both of which are tasty and distinctive. Two desserts: Chocolate Bombe with Salted Caramel and Hazelnut Cream (68 patacas) and Crispy Vanilla Parcels with Raspberry Coulis (68 patacas) completed our satisfying meal. Dynasty 8 「朝」 Conrad's flagship restaurant is Dynasty 8, a spacious outlet serving quality Cantonese cuisine. Its name is inspired by China's eight dynasties; their history reflected in its eight private dining rooms styled after each of them. The private rooms and the common area are all impeccably decorated in elegant, classic Chinese décor, with table settings to match. We tucked into the restaurant's famous dim sum lunch. The dim sum dishes include Steamed Bun Filled with Egg Custard and Corn (48 patacas), Steamed Siu Mai Pork Dumpling with Crab Meat (68 patacas), Crispy Glutinous Dumpling with Salted Lemon and Dried Shrimp (48 patacas), Deep-fried Sesame and Purple Sweet Potato Stuffed with Taro (38 patacas), Deep-fried Taro with Sea Cucumber and Crab Roe (88 patacas), Steamed Squid Ink Rice Roll Filled with Australian Scallops and Shrimp (128 patacas), and Steamed Vegetable Dumpling with Black Truffle (88 patacas). We also tried the restaurant's signature soup, Double-boiled Soup with Hericium Enrinceus Mushroom and Coconut (128 patacas per person), which is velvety smooth, before rounding off the meal with Poached Wild Rice with Prawn and Crab Meat in Shrimp Stock (388 patacas) and two excellent desserts: Chilled Coconut Pudding with Peach Gum (68 patacas) an aromatic Fresh Durian Pancake (98 patacas).

Censers were popular in the Han dynasty. This goose-shaped example is life like with the back of the goose body is latticed, allowing smoke to rise from it. The censer is similar in function to the more well - known boshanlu-style censers from the Han period, but its form is very different. Gilded Glory: Chaozhou Woodcarving 8 Nov 2018 – 25 Feb 2019 Chaozhou woodcarving is a well-known school of woodcarving in China. Displaying distinct regional features, the style was popular across ancient Chaozhou prefecture in Guangdong province. As lacquer and gold foil are often applied to Chaozhou woodcarving, it is also known as "gilt wood". Ingenious openwork carving techniques yield exquisite works of art which underscore the three-dimensional nature of carving, while creating a multi-dimensional space of overlapping layers that is akin to a drawing depicting intricate plots. Peter Sih, General Manager at the Courtyard By Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin, shares with us his experience and perspective of the hotel industry. 香港沙田萬怡酒店總經理薛偉恆先生與我們分享他在酒店業工作多年的經歷和看法。 Quite simply, my brother decided I was going into the hotel industry after I finished my studies. He knew I couldn’t just sit in the office; I was always active and talkative in school. He thought working in a hotel would suit me. I started out in reception at the Kowloon Shangri-la, standing and talking to people. I liked it and since then it’s been 30 years working in hotels. My career path was traditional: starting from reception, then the rooms division and sales before moving into management, first as a resident manager and then a GM. It also used to be that many GMs started in the food and beverage area. These days more GMs are promoted from sales and marketing because changes in the competitive environment mean it is important to be able to respond quickly to market developments. Its location in a satellite town means Courtyard Hong Kong Sha Tin is different from a city hotel. We have more leisure travel guests. That means we need to be smart and flexible in running the hotel, in understanding their unique requirements – be it eating or how the spend their time in the hotel – and then adjust accordingly. What makes our hotel so special is that we’re the biggest Courtyard in Asia, with 524 rooms, and unlike other limited-service Courtyards, we are a full-service hotel with more: a club lounge, a swimming pool and even a ballroom. This helps create a wow factor with the guests who are always surprised and impressed by the facilities. My favourite part of the job is being able to go to any part of the hotel and talk to guests and get their feedback and adjust as needed. That is why I think the key for a good general manager is to communicate clearly to colleagues and encourage them to do likewise so we all operate on the same basis. Hong Kong will continue to be a major tourist destination, especially with the recent completion of major transport links like the High-Speed Rail and the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge, which will help attract more visitors. Hong Kong is an international city with rich dining and entertainment cultures and an easy place for anyone to live. The challenge is that with such easy transport links, people may stay here for only short period before connecting to neighbouring cities. But we will remain a hub and an international city. My recommendations for anyone visiting Hong Kong: 1. Come to Sha Tin and stay at the Courtyard, of course. Visitors can shop at New Town Plaza; for dining Sha Tin is famous for its roast pigeon, chicken congee and tofu custard; there is a famous temple, the Heritage Museum and a scenic bike ride along Tolo Harbour. 2. Visit Central and enjoy its colonial heritage. 3. Visit Sai Kung, a former fishing village, but now offering easy access to the great outdoors and a famous promenade lined with seafood restaurants.

很簡單，我的哥哥建議我在完成學業後進入酒店業。他知道我在辦公室裡是坐不住的，因為我在學校一直很活躍，也很健談，所以我哥哥認為在酒店工作很適合我。起初我在九龍香格里拉酒店的前台工作，站在那里和人們交談。我很喜歡，從那時起至今我在酒店工作了 30年。我的職業道路很普通：從前台開始，然後是客房部、銷售、而後進入管理層，首先是駐店經理，而後晉升為總經理。如今，由於競爭環境的變化和更快反應市場需求，越來越多的總經理從銷售和營銷領域晉升而來。香港沙田萬怡酒店位於新市鎮，意味著與城市酒店不同，很多來此遊客都是為了休閒，所以我們需要在經營上要更聰靈活，了解他們的要求——無論是吃飯還是在酒店消磨時間——都是與眾不同的，我們要根據需求做出調整。酒店特別之處在於我們是亞洲最大的萬怡酒店，擁有 524 間客房，與其他萬怡酒店不同，我們提供全方位服務，包括俱樂部休息室、游泳池甚至是宴會廳。這會給客人帶來絕對驚喜。我最喜歡的工作是能夠去酒店並與客人交談，獲得他們的反饋，並以此為依據進行調整。這就是為什麼我認為一個好的總經理，要充分地與同事溝通、鼓勵他們，這樣我們才能一同為酒店服務。香港仍會保留它的旅遊優勢，特別是高速鐵路和港珠澳大橋等主要交通幹線的建成，都將吸引更多的遊客。香港是一個國際化的城市，有着豐富的餐飲和娛樂文化，生活便利。挑戰可能在於，由於交通便利，人們可能會在香港逗留時間較短，就轉往鄰近城市。但香港始終是個國際化的中心城市。我給遊客們的建議：
