Who can I contact with program QUESTIONS?

Our staff is happy to assist you! Call 952-949-8470 or email Parks@edenprairie.org and we’ll direct you to the program supervisor.

Who can I contact if my child needs support or special ACCOMMODATIONS?

All programs offered are designed for the inclusion of people with disabilities. If you need support due to a disability, please contact Nicole Weedman at least three weeks before the program start date at InclusionServices@ edenprairie.org or call 952-949-8456

How can I apply for FEE ASSISTANCE?

Families in need of fee assistance to participate are encouraged to apply through the Passport to Fun program. Visit edenprairie.org/PassportToFun, pick up an application at the Community Center or call 952-949-8470 for more information.

Can I set up a PAYMENT PLAN?

Yes! Families now have the option to pay 50% down at the time of registration, with the remainder charged to the credit card on fle June 1. Email Parks@edenprairie.org at least two business days prior to registering and request a summer camp payment plan. You will receive a confrmation email when your account is set up.

Where can I get full DESCRIPTIONS, create a WISHLIST and get ready to REGISTER?

What FULL-DAY CAMP OPTIONS are available this year?

Riley Lake Day Camp, Community Center Camp, and Playground Camps at Homeward Hills, Nesbitt Preserve, Miller and Prairie View Parks have full-day options, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

The Art Center also has several full-day options, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.

What is the CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the start of the program, unless otherwise specifed in the program description. A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the program start date.

We set aside time in our glass and clay studios each week for artists to come and work independently.
