Our new registration system is ready for you Registering for Eugene Rec classes just got easier. We are rolling out our replacement for the RecEnroll system with a new online platform, which is going live as of the start of registration on Dec. 10. This is good news! Our updated online registration will give you greater flexibility over your accounts, including the ability to view your account history as well as your entire family’s classes, camps, swim passes and more. The platform is also more mobilefriendly, so you’ll be able to more easily sign up for classes on cell phones and other mobile devices. Other time-saving features include social media

integration for quick and easy account setup, online renewals and a map feature. This is a major upgrade after more than 20 years with the same registration system, and just one of many ways that Eugene Rec is working to keep an eye to the future.

Adventure. Community. Happiness.

Creating your new account Everyone must create an account in the new system, even if you had an account in the old system. Get a jump on it by creating your account before registration begins Dec. 10. It’s easy! 1 ●

Visit GetRec.org/register.

2 ●

If you’re on a desktop computer, select Log In/Create Account in the upper left corner, then select Create Your Eugene Rec Account. If you’re on a mobile device, select Account in the upper right corner, then select Sign Up. 3 ●

2

Fill out the required information.

4 ●

To receive text alerts (such as class cancellations and facility closures), indicate your mobile carrier next to your cell number. 5 ●

Add additional members at any time in your account settings. Keep the entire household in one account but only include those you are financially responsible for. For help, visit a Rec facility or call 541-682-5333.

Or contact Rec facilities directly, pages 4-5.

Building Community Through Partnerships Eugene Rec uses the buddy system. We create transformative experiences that build social connections and enhance the health, happiness and livability of our community. We couldn’t do it without the partnerships of more than 150 local organizations and other City of Eugene departments. That’s why we are so excited about the future. Because of the trust voters showed in the City of Eugene by voting yes for the Parks and Recreation System Plan, we have even more opportunities to grow these crucial relationships. The community has said they want to renovate our community centers, build new ones and create parks and trails for everyone to enjoy. We have a plan for the next 30 years. But we won’t be able to do it alone. GetRec.org EUGParksandRec.org GetRec.org
