Myth #10: The GRC Isn't Free

It doesn’t cost a penny to visit the Goodyear Recreation Campus (GRC)! The community park and all outdoor amenities are FREE and open to visitors from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The recreation center and aquatics facility do require a pass for most areas; however, the Teen Activity Center is free and so is the SilverSneakers program to those who qualify. There are affordable pass options, too, including a scholarship program to meet every budget. The funds from the sale of these passes help pay for daily operations, maintenance and improvements.
