Aqua GroupX Aqua PiTa Fusion
This aquatic aerobic class will incorporate a combination of Pilates (Pi) and Tabata (Ta). The Pilates portion will utilize low impact core exercises of a Pilates class while the Tabata part will include short interval high-intensity training of a Tabata workout. Registration for fitness classes opens on the 23rd of each month at 10 AM Group X classes are included with Thrive Annual memberships.
River Robics
River Robics includes a variety of movements going with and against the current of the lazy river. This class offers a cardio challenge, increases stamina, and tones larger muscle groups.
