Several neighbourhood centres in the table below identify no demand/growth over the forecast period. This is a result of there being no floorspace present and resident development occurring in their immediate vicinity. If residential development were to occur within the vicinity of these centres, demand for good and servicers would arise over and above what the table identifies.
