This summer has many exciting new, and improved, opportunities for Clarksville citizens! We will be reopening Swan Lake Pool with a brand new look including an accessible parking lot, renovated restrooms, two new pavilions, four reservable cabanas, a refurbished slide, a splash pad for the little ones and more. We’ll be adding forty plus parking spaces at the always popular Pollard Road Trailhead of the Greenway, due to the generosity of an adjacent landowner. Construction will be underway on the next section of the Red River Trail and canoe and kayak access off of Kraft Street. Swan Lake Golf Course will be in full swing, pun intended, with their new bluetooth and GPS equipped golf carts. And as always, we’ll have a schedule of new programs and events with something for everyone. We hope you will join us for some summertime fun!

SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAM JUNE 3 - JULY 12 | MON-FRI, 9AM-3PM
The Summer Youth Program is a free, fun, and rewarding summer camp for youth ages 6-15. This is a great opportunity for children to interact and build relationships with others their age. This program is held at various locations throughout Clarksville, making sites more accessible for families within our community.
NEW! weekly registration & attendance policy In an effort to serve as many children as possible, we are implementing weekly registration and an attendance policy in 2019. Please do not register your child to attend weeks that they will not be attending. This takes away a spot from others! If your child will be absent from two consecutive days of camp, you are required to provide a written notification at the site, or via email at parksrec@cityofclarksville.com. If a child misses two consecutive days without written notification, the child’s spot in both the current and the following weeks may be made available for someone else.
SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAM SITES AGES 6-8 School sites: Kenwood, Sango, Barkers Mill, Byrns Darden, Cumberland Heights, and Minglewood Elementary Schools Other sites: Summit Heights and Caldwell Lane
