This quickly turned into tea time when we actually had “drinks” in mind. We can still do that! I just love tea. I can even take it with Patron XO Café which I love too, if you have it. Hahaha. Great combo, right? Uhm, we’d place it between interesting and weird. Just kidding! Any other interesting combos you’d like to share with us, say on what you do to stay that sexy, errm..fit we mean? I’m not a gym rat but I try my best to work-out as often as I can. I also do TRX and pole dancing in between. But! I also pig-out especially on holidays. I absolutely love lechon, and its cousins – bagnet, crispy pata, etc., but lechon is my weakness…no, my happiness! Oh, and sweets. Haha Wow! Cardiologists be frowning right about now. Don’t tell us you just had any of those like yesterday and still look this great today? Ay, hindi syempre. When I have to prepare for a sexy shoot, I stave off on all my cravings at least a week prior. During that I maintain a diet of white meat, egg whites, and detox with a lot of fruit and vegetable juice. How about for fun, how do you spend your free time? I make it a point to spend time with my loved ones. I also go out with friends, or sometimes cook whenever I feel like just staying at home. You strike us as someone headstrong and adventurous. Does Bianca fear anything? Lizards! All sorts and anything resembling one, frogs too. So our source was right! We actually have a little one here with us. (pulls out a paper bag) (Shrieks!) Di nga, walang ganyanan! Totally kidding!

he Social Networking Sites (SNS) boom is still on the rise and we are thankful for this, if it weren’t for SNS we wouldn’t be enjoying the beauty of Aine de Jesus who started her modeling career when someone messaged her on Facebook.
We are all but familiar with the random private messages on Facebook scouting beautiful ladies (and guys as well) promising a photoshoot or a shot at fame, but this is how Aine got her first dip into the modeling industry. “I started modeling way back in 2011 when a photographer messaged me on Facebook and offered to do a photoshoot for me.” Luckily her first experience went smoothly and she says that she had so much fun during the shoot that she wanted to do more shoots in the future. Several shoots later, she was noticed by a leading men’s magazine in the Philippines and eventually to Club Filipina magazine here in Japan. Aine is currently taking up Tourism Management and loves the colors pink and teal (not green, not blue-green but teal!) She is a big fan of the movie Love, Rosie - you know that British love story starring Lily Collins and Sam Clafin wait.. what? Why don’t we just get back to enjoying her photos here! was already getting lazy traveling for hours just to be in famous autumn spots here in Japan. But since I considered autumn as my creative muse, I searched "autumn in Tokyo" and found one - the Koishikawa Korakuen Garden. The garden is only a 2-minute ride by train (15-20 minute walk) from our office. I haven't heard of this place and I have been working with the same company for seven years. I checked about Koishikawa Korakuen Garden and learned that the garden is more popular during spring. Despite of this information, I and my friend still went to the park and autumn was indeed there to welcome everyone. Never mind the 300 yen (3 USD) entrance fee, you will get more than what you paid for. There are ponds, rice paddies, Japanese houses and bridges and etc. I discovered that not all are interested with the red maple leaves. Some of the photographers were busy taking duck and bird photos. The scene left me puzzled. Until I decided to shoot one. After that duck distraction, I went back in shooting autumn leaves. I know that these kind of shots are clichĂŠs but I can't help it. I must embrace autumn while she is still in front of my eyes. I have been mentioning in many of my blog posts that autumn is my favorite season. It has poetry written all over it. While others sing to wake them up when September ends, I prefer waking up when October ends. Just in time to see the leaves change its color from green to yellow to orange to red. Autumn can't escape from me but the feeling is mutual. I will shoot her until its last leaf falls from the branch.

O
ur first cover girl for the year 2015 is none other than Dannah Bartolome, this 22 year old stunner is currently taking up Hotel and Restaurant Management while modeling on the side. Behind the sexy curves (checking in at 34-2434) is a diligent and hardworking student, Dannah recalls being invited to model and turning down offers since she is prioritizing her studies “I was invited to numerous shoots while at school but declined on the reason that building the inner self and studies were more important for me than the outside values that modeling was most of the time about.” Lucky for us, she eventually decided to take a crack at modeling since she felt t could help her finance her studies - “Finally I said yes to support my tuition fees, my background is very humble so sustaining the studies for me and for my sister were always a struggle" Aside from being active in her studies, Dannah enjoys cooking, her specialty is European cuisines. She loves to travel with friends and once in a while gives herself some “ME time” and heads out to the salon and spa for a day of pampering.

An international workshop event
was organized last November 2014 in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia which featured one of Club FIlipina Magazine’s models - Ms. Sheryl Alcantara Yusa from Tokyo, Japan. The event was organized by Lolit Wharlow, Maricris Fabi Carlos as the facilitators and featured the works of renowned designer Adrian Rios which was attended by 12 participants (11 Malaysians and 1 Filipino photographer) In a seperate private shoot, Ms. Wharlow was able to set up an impromptu boudoir shoot with Ms. Yusa, 6 hours before she left back for Japan. “She and I has agreed to have a very quick pictorial, wearing only the tulles, wrapped around her body, she carried it gracefully and was able to pull it off, I am happy with the outcome, I love the drama, her facial expressions and those expressive eyes, just adds to her beautiful figure, which makes our photo shoot session so easy and fast”.

あなたも税金の還付申請対象者！！ 知らない人と差がつく！ 得する税金！？ 日本に住むフィリピン人、又は配偶者がフィリピン人の日本人は 約９7%の方々に税金還付のチャンスが有るのを知っていますか！？
皆さんは日本に住む外国人も日本人と同じように所得税と住民税の還付申請ができるという話をご存知ですか？ 日本で働き日本の所得税と住民税を納めていて母国の家族や親戚に援助を行っていれば、一定の条件のもとその行為が 「扶養」 と認められ、税法上の優遇すなわち 「扶養控除」 の適用を 受けることができるのです。最長で所得税・住民税それぞれ5年分の納め過ぎた税金が還付されるということです。 では実際どのくらいの税金が還付されるのでしょうか？還付される金額はあくまで支払った税金の範囲内で、 それ以上になることはありません。 しかしこれまで支払った税金の合計は意 外と多額で還付予想額を算出すると皆さん非常に驚かれます。 この制度適用は外国人のみならず、外国人を配偶者（フィリピン人等） にもつ日本人も配偶者の家族を扶養していれば適用されます。外国人と結婚した時点で配偶者の母国に住む配偶 者の家族・親族も法的な 「家族」 となるのです。 もちろん経済的な援助をすることで 「扶養」 となるわけですから、 これを証明することが必要となります。 還付申請を行う上で重要な注意点がありますので説明いたします。 ＊日本人が申請する場合、扶養親族と認められるのは外国人配偶者の3親等以内の親族。 外国人が申請する場合、 自分自身の6親等以内。 ＊ 「扶養」 とは扶養親族に経済的に援助（金銭・物品） していること。 またそのことを証明する書類を提出できること。 一般的な質問事項＜＜Q & A＞＞ Q: どれくらい還付されるの？ A: 還付金は、 申告者により異なります 還付の可能性と還付概算額等は、 申請時に個々の書類を確認後に判明します。 Q: 還付されるまでの期間はどれくらい？ A: 還付金額同様申告者の扶養状況により異なります。 最短で約２~３カ月、最長で約１年から１年半程かかる方も中にはいます。 Q: 手数料はどの位？ A: 申告者により異なりますが、基本的には還付金額に対しての２０～２５％ （グループ割引、 リピーター割引あり） Q: ビザを持っていませんが、 申告は可能？ A: 超過滞在者（オーバーステイ） でも申告は可能ですが、 申告には必ず外国人登録されていることが必須となります。
