Wow! The term is coming to a close already. I am so grateful to have met you all. I know you will do great things in the future! I hope you had a memorable experience being a secretary and will pursue higher positions in KIWIN’S. You all have done incredible work this term and it’s time to celebrate! I look forward to seeing you all at DCON. :^)

Weekly
● Maintain a roster of club members to track their attendance & hours
● Record accurate board & club meeting minutes
Monthly
● Fill out accurately & submit on-time via email their Monthly Report Forms (MRF)
● Attend mandatory quarterly calls with the District Secretary (me!)
In General
● Communicate often with their fellow board members
● Work closely with their Treasurers in order to update which member is dues paid on the MRF
● Prepare to train a successor
● Apply for the Distinguished Secretary Award
