S-Dollars
LMU Hospitality offers four prepaid tax-exempt Lion Dollar meal plans. Lion Dollars may be used at over a dozen campus dining venues and convenience stores.
The S-Dollar supplemental meal plan is available to ALL full-time (12+ units) undergraduate students and commuter students. There is no minimum deposit, and S-Dollars can be added to supplement a student’s traditional meal plan and avoid running out of funds. S-Dollars are available to commuters who would like to eat on campus and avoid paying sales tax (approximately 10%). S-Dollars carry forward from year to year as long as students are enrolled at LMU. S-Dollars may be added online at the “Manage My OneCard” website or at a campus VTS machine.
Meal plans are mandatory for all students living in traditional residence halls. Plans are selected during the housing assignment process and are nonrefundable. Changes between the L, I, O and N plans may ONLY be made during the third week of the fall semester online at myLMU > Student Housing Online Services > Forms. Unused meal plan dollars expire on July 31 of each year.
