Jim passed away July 21, 2015, at Bronson Methodist Hospital, with his family at his bedside. Jim was born February 9, 1945, in San Antonio, Texas, the son of Albert and Dythia (McDonald) Olivarri. Jim was an electrician at Hammond Machinery for many years. He loved fishing and participated in many bass tournaments. Jim also enjoyed hunting and searching for mushrooms. When Jim was younger, he also enjoyed playing baseball. Jim is survived by his children: Patricia (Ricardo) Garza, Jimmy Olivarri, and Jaime (Mike) Adams, his special friend: Shirley Colwell, brothers: Bobbie Olivarri and Ken (Peggy) Olivarri, a sister: Lucy Hatfield, a half brother: Albert Olivarri, half sisters: Felina Olivarri, and Joy (Mark) Meyer, nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, a son: Michael and a daughter: Lolita. A graveside service will be conducted, Friday, July 24, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery, Orangeville. Those who wish to make memorial contributions are asked to consider the needs of the family. AGE 52 – BELLEAIR BEACH, FL formerly from Otsego, MI Jeffrey passed the morning of Thursday, July 16, 2015. He was born January 22, 1963 in Kalmazoo, MI to Charles and Mary (Chapman) Pion. He graduated from Otsego High School in 1981 and Western Michigan University in 1989. He served time in the U.S. Army. On June 10, 2012 in Hawaii, he married Schevella Anthony Downs. Surviving are his spouse Anthony, mother Mary, brother Randy (Sheryl) Pion, nephews Trystan and Tanner Pion and Jordan Schmidt, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father Charles (Butch) Pion. Jeffrey will be terribly missed by his loved ones in both Florida and Michigan. His untimely death came as a shock to us all. God bless your soul Jeffrey, we love you so much! Cremation has taken place and a private burial will be at a later date. Contributions in memory of jeffrey can be made to FAITHINPRACTICE.ORG, a medical mission charity that he volunteered for.

Merl passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at his home in Otsego. He was born July 16, 1950 in Plainwell, the son of Carl and Dorraine (Denslow) Lindsey. Merl served his country in the US Army during Vietnam. For 35 years he owned and operated Lindsey Appliance Service. In his spare time he enjoyed farming especially growing corn and soybeans. More than anything Merl loved his family and no matter how busy he was he always made time to lend a helping hand or attend events for his grandchildren. On September 19, 1970 at Otsego United Methodist Church he married Sue Ann Kelsey who survives. Also surviving are his 3 sons, Eric (Brenda) Lindsey, Kyle (Stacey) Lindsey and Cory (Ashley) Lindsey; 6 grandchildren, Zoey, Madison, Emma, Alyssa, Nolan and Owen; a special niece, Shelly (Chris) Turley and their children, Steven Kendra and Ryan; 3 brothers; 2 sisters along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Dorraine Lindsey. Friends may visit with Merl’s family Friday, July 24, 2015 from 2-4pm and 6-9pm at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Otsego United Methodist Church with Pastor Joe Shaler officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain Home Cemetery, Otsego. Contributions in memory of Merl may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the charity of your choice. AGE 78 – PLAINWELL, MI Bob passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015 in Allegan. He was born on July 26, 1936 at the Currie farm in Merritt, MI the son of David and Marie (Venier) Currie. He loved helping others, working on small engines and being with his family. On May 17th, 1958 he married Shirley Herman who passed away on August 23, 2012. He is survived by his children, Karen Dyer, Bob (Tami) Currie, Roger (Juli) Currie, David Currie and Diana (John) Buchin; 8 grandchildren and 8 great granchildren with number 9 on the way; siblings Barb (Dick) Keelen, Eleanor Camp, Marian Barnes, Katherine (Tom) Thomas and Carol (Ray) Bittel. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place on August 1, 2015 at 12:30 at the Otsego Moose Lodge. Contributions in memory of Bob can be made to Wings of Hope Hospice of Allegan .
