This class combines cardio and flexibility training. It provides dynamic, energizing, and fun cardio activities that improve cardiovascular fitness. These activities are offered using different methods including but not limited to step aerobics, kickboxing, and HIIT workouts. Flexibility training will follow the cardio exercises and will focus on site-specific areas to improve range of motion. Placing flexibility activities last increases their effectiveness because the muscles are warm and pliable, allowing them to stretch farther.
