The CampusCE Education Management System (EMS) is a student information system and e-commerce platform designed for the needs of open enrollment programs. Kevin Owens is a CompTIA certified professional with more than 20 years of experience in computer networking and cybersecurity, in both the commercial industry and government sector. Owens is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago with a BS in Electrical Engineering and spent a decade with the Department of Defense (DoD), where he led the creation of numerous cyber capabilities to defend the United States and its interests. Owens has traveled globally designing solutions to create a more defensible network posture, increasing the customer’s ability to detect and respond to an attack by closing vulnerabilities and significantly enhancing security. He has coordinated with several government agencies, law enforcement, national intelligence entities, private sector, and international constituents on cybersecurity issues and events.

Class Cancellations
If you register for a class and cannot attend, please call in advance to cancel. This makes it possible for another student to enroll. Students are responsible for initiating the paperwork for withdrawal and refund requests. A $7 processing fee is deducted from the refund amount. All refunds require at least two weeks for processing. The following policies apply whether a student attends class or not.
