ALEXEI OGRINTCHOUK Président, Russie – Pays-Bas Chair, Russia – Netherlands Né à Moscou, Alexei Ogrintchouk est élève de la prestigieuse école Gnessin avant d’entrer au Con­ ser vatoire de Paris dans la classe de Maurice Bourgue. Sa carrière est lancée en 1 9 9 8 avec le 1 er Prix du Concours de Genève : il mène depuis une intense carrière internationale de soliste et de chambriste, se produit en Europe, aux États-Unis et au Japon et joue avec les meilleurs orchestres et les plus grands artistes de sa génération. Nommé à 20 ans hautbois solo du Rotterdam Philharmonic, il est depuis 2005 hautbois solo de l’Orchestre Royal du Concertgebouw d’Amsterdam. Depuis plusieurs années, il a entamé une carrière de chef d’orchestre qui l’amène à la tête d’ensembles tels que le Verbier Chamber Orchestra, le Swedisch Chamber Orchestra, la Kremarata Baltica, l’Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne ou le Philharmonique de Bruxelles. Alexei Ogrintchouk est Professeur à la HEM de Genève et au Conservatoire Royal de la Haye. Il a à son actif de nombreux enregistrements comme soliste, chambriste et chef d’orchestre.

A graduate of the prestigious Gnessin School of Music and the Paris Conservatoire, where he studied with Maurice Bourgue, Alexei Ogrintchouk is originally from Moscow. His career was launched in 1998 upon winning 1st Prize at the Geneva International Music Competition. Since then, he has led an intense international career as soloist and chamber musician, performing across Europe, the United States and Japan with some of the world’s most prestigious orchestras and most renowned artists. He was appointed first solo oboist at the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra at the age of 20 and has held this same position at the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra since 2005. Ogrintchouk now combines his solo and orchestral commitments with conducting engagements, leading prestigious ensembles such as the Verbier Chamber Orchestra, Swedish Chamber Orchestra, Kremarata Baltica, Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne and Brussels Philharmonic. Alexei Ogrintchouk is Professor at the Haute École de Musique de Genève and the Royal Conservatoire The Hague. His wide-ranging discography includes recordings as a soloist, chamber musician and conductor.
