The Just Craft, a podcast for ethically-minded makers, was founded in 2019 by Alissa Head with a mission to open conversation around craft sourcing. Focusing on the handmade movement and where it intersects with climate and social justice issues, each episode touches on ethical sourcing, environmental sustainability, and fair trade.

2021 is kicked off with Season 3, Episode 1: Grow Your Clothes: Rust Belt Fibershed. Alissa interviews Jess Boeke and Sarah Pottle, twin sisters who co-founded Rust Belt Fibershed, a bioregional textile community which encompasses a 250 mile radius surrounding Cleveland, and includes Columbus. Listen in to learn what a fibershed is, and how local fiber, local color, and local labor impacts craft, community, and the environment. The Just Craft is available on Stitcher, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and thejustcraft.com. Follow on Instagram @thejustcraft and Twitter @justcraftcast. Page 9
