his year we've done everything we can to simplify Christmas and ordering your perfect festive meals has never been easier. Simply flick through our 16 page Full Colour Christmas Brochure for inspiration then fill in your order form and pop into one of our stores to place your order, a member of our team will be more than happy to help. We will again stock Copas Turkeys and this year will also stock the new Copas "very very tasty chicken", this chicken is reared outdoors for 14 weeks and has outstanding flavour & texture that is miles apart from anything you will find in a supermarket! We will also have our own Scottish Free Range Turkeys which I'm very proud and

excited about. This was the best selling Turkey last year thanks to you. This year we have added a fantastic range of oven ready trimmings including a range of stuffings and vegetables to take the hastle out of christmas. We also stock Venison, Duck, Pheasant, Geese and Rabbit, this year we will also be selling fresh Seafood. Please give us as much notice as you can as after the 10th of December we cannot guarantee all special requests. The festive season is almost upon us once more, an entire year has come and gone, and it seems as if it was only yesterday that I was writing the 2012 brochure. It has been a phenomenal year at Paul’s Quality Butchers, and would not have been possible without the continued loyalty of our valued customers, thank you. At the start of the year we launched our V.I.P card to reward this loyalty. It has been tremendously well received with thousands of members using it every single week getting even better value for money than ever before. We opened our fifth store in Condorrat this summer and it has been hugely successful and proving very popular. All of my children were born and raised in Condorrat and I feel very lucky to have a store serving the local community. For this store we tried something a bit different including our Slimming Range, our Steak Bar with the Perfect 10 Steaks cut to order every time, our very very tasty range, a full oven ready range, luxury deep filled pies and much, much more. We will be rolling this out to all our stores and I’m sure everyone will love the changes. This is the third year we have been operating our Preparation Centre - having a centralized centre for making all our own products ensures we deliver consistent quality every single time and allows us to provide the best value to our customers. It also cuts out any of the middle men allowing us to buy our meat direct from farmers, simplifying the supply chain and ensuring you can trust what you buy from us. This year I took on a personal challenge to climb Ben Nevis with my amazing wife Karen to help raise funds with Team McKeown for MacMillan Cancer Support. I would like to thank all of my customers, family, friends and staff for their generous donations, support and encouragement. Together we raised over £23,000. Myself, and everyone associated with Team McKeown, are very proud of this. I would like to offer, as always, a special thanks to all our staff for their continued support. Without the hard work and dedication of our team we wouldn’t have a successful business and thousands of satisfied customers.
