ith pride and drive, Highland County's Scott Lowe operates four of Highland County's well-known businesses. Whether individuals are looking to build or fix a home, buy a car, or rent a tuxedo, one of Lowe's establishments can meet the need. Growing up locally and graduating from White Oak High School, Lowe is most familiar with Highland County. However, his work as a military ranger in the 10th mountain division and his experience in emergency management services led him to work as far south as Florida and up to New York. "I was airborne qualified, air assault qualified, attended weapons and sniper school, and was a level one EMT while in the service," he said. In addition, Lowe had an Ohio state insurance license Meredith Creek/The Times-Gazette and with six years of training in construction became a Scott Lowe is the owner of four local businesses — Lowe’s Home Builder, Fix It Home Repair, Tux and Tan and master builder.
