Whatever the time of day, you’ll be able to satisfy your hunger at the Diggers café hotspot, DD Collective. Get a seat and take your time or grab a tasty bite on the run. Enjoy barista made coffee and a selection of meals available all day. Discover DD’s Big Breakfast with eggs, bacon, pork sausage, mushroom, avocado and sourdough toast. How about the Eggs Benedict with poached eggs with hollandaise sauce served on toasted milk bun? Or for the sweet tooth there are a selection of pastries and cakes from local bakery, Mrs Jones Bakery. AcquaFresca by Pilu is a casual Italian trattoria by renowned Italian Chef, Giovanni Pilu, and his team from Freshwater. The menu draws from Giovanni Pilu’s upbringing on the island of Sardinia and his journey through the regions of Italy. The menu contains an array of simple, fresh and fl avoursome Italian dishes, cooked in the traditional, rustic way like they do back in Sardinia. Covering all your favourites with quite a few must try dishes. Start your experience with a selection off their extensive antipasti plates, pasta, secondi (mains), pizza and to fi nish off, dolce (desserts). Meals are carefully crafted using the freshest ingredients. Their pasta and breads are made daily.
