• Pro vi s i onal bookings will be held for 1 4 days the n a utomatically r eleased.

• Al l monies are strictly non-tr ans ferable and nonrefundable.

• Sho ul d your numbers reduce, the monies lost cannot be used against wine, drinks or any other h otel se r vic es.

• Bal ance including wine orders and any dietary r e quirements must be received no l ate r than 1 m onth prior to arrival date. Booki ngs after this pe rio d will only be accepted with full prepayment.

• Gue s ts are not permitted to bring the i r ow n alcohol on to the premises and event o rganisers a re r esponsible f or e nsur ing t hat ever yone in their p ar ty is aware of this prior to ar rival.

• It i s a condition of the booking that alcohol not purc hased from Radisson Blu Dur ham will be r e mo ved by a member of the management team and returned to the guest on d e par ture . Anyone r e fusing to comply will be asked to leave t he e vent.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

• The management reserves the right to cancel events should minimum numbers not be achieved. In this situation, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund.

• For parties larger than 80 guests a separate contract will be required.

• Dietary requirements must be communicated in advance of the event, please check with your party guests at the time of booking.

• Accommodation at the promotional price listed is subject to availability for advance bookings only and requires prepayment at the time of booking.

• We will endeavour to accommodate amendments to bookings but this is subject to availability.

• We will make every effort to deliver special requests but cannot guarantee these can always be fulfilled.
