I am pleased to be able to say that we have welcomed several new starters to Cult Beauty this month, all of whom have settled in incredibly well and already feel like part of the furniture, with Iram still feverishly recruiting across all the departments we are set to welcome even more beauty obsessives to the family very soon.

To say I can’t believe it is already September would be an understatement but nevertheless I can’t wait to get stuck into the excitement and slight chaos that our final quarter of the year brings It’s a busy time for all and we have some incredible projects going on across Cult Beauty but I know that everyone is working together to help each other stay motivated and keep focussed on achieving our goals throughout the next few months and I can’t thank you all enough for your ongoing commitment and passion for Cult
It’s been a period of big changes in the past few weeks but I am really happy to welcome Lucy as our new CEO of THG Beauty bringing a wealth of experience and a new perspective to help us keep evolving and bettering ourselves and the Cult brand, Lucy will be visiting the London office on 28th September to meet everyone in person and I am excited to welcome her into the Cult family We’re also very lucky to have Lisa onboard as our new People Director across THG Beauty Lisa is incredibly passionate about creating a productive and rewarding work environment and has already been working closely with myself, Maxine and the rest of the People team to discuss how we make sure everyone gets the most out of their Cult Beauty experience Lisa will also be visiting on 28th September so please do say hi!
I am also pleased to announce that we will be hosting the latest edition of our CULTure Day (this one will be a CULTure afternoon given everyone’s busy schedules) from 1pm on Thursday 29th September, invite and more details will be coming out very soon but I really wanted to get everyone together ahead of the start of Q4 to reflect on the successes we have had so far this year and even more of what is to come over the next few months!

Since it's launch, the last 12 months have seen the business change and evolve, and we've come to the conclusion that whilst the platform was fit for purpose at the point of introduction, it required a lot of configuration on the back end to enable you to see the platform as it was, which proved time consuming for the People Team Being part of the wider group now means we're able to leverage internal training software, already configured, freeing up the teams time to spend more time with you to get the most out it.
Here is a quick Step by Step to set up your LinkedIn Learning Profile:
We introduced Learn Amp early 2021 to provide a platform to empower our people to take ownership of their learning and development, along with completing some business critical security awareness and GDPR training.
With that said, we’re delighted to be able to share that we’ll be joining the LinkedIn Learning platform and giving everyone access to take control of their own learning with our support

Celebrating the launch of their newest SKU, Ceramighty Eye Balm, the office will turn purple for the day Adorning the space with wall, floor and window stickers, a custom made to measure lilac sofa, a smoothie bar AND photo booth, all teams will have the chance to become fully immersed in the brand. Stands will be dotted around the office all day manned by Drunk Elephant staff to teach anyone unable to attend the initial training session all about the brand's philosophy and newness exclusively launching with Cult for Q4. Gifting and sample stations will also be set up.
