Brookwood Farm is nestled between the villages of Brookwood and Knaphill, and has an adjoining country park, which provides an abundance of trails and pathways that are ideal for both walking and cycling. Together with a supermarket adjacent to the entrance, the neighbouring villages of Pirbright and Bisley offer a range of amenities, while Guildford (7 miles away) and Woking (4 miles away) have an array of high street shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Schools are well-provided for too with Brookwood Primary less than a mile away. Brookwood’s train station, which has plenty of parking, is approximately 1 mile away and connects to London Waterloo in as little as 35 minutes, with local services to Guildford and Woking. Junction 3 of the M3 is just over 4 miles away and Junction 11 of the M25 is approximately 8 miles away, making it easy to balance country living with city working.

HOW TO GET TO BROOKWOOD FARM From the M3: Leave the M3 at Junction 3, and take the first exit onto the A322 towards Woking. Continue on the A322 over three roundabouts for just over 4 miles. There is a Sainsbury’s Superstore on the left hand side and at the traffic lights, turn right towards Brookward Farm.

From the M25: Leave the M25 at Junction 11, take the exit signposted A317 to Woking. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Guildford Road (A320). At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Chobham Road (A319). Continue to follow A319 for 3 miles before turning left onto the High Street (A319). At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Castle Grove Road, then take a slight left onto Guildford Road, onto Chobham Road. Then take a slight left onto Bagshot Road (A322). There is a Sainsbury’s superstore on the left hand side and at the traffic lights, turn right towards Brookward Farm, from where the development is signposted.
