The town of Weybridge is in the Elmbridge district of Surrey on the edge of the River Wey. It has a long established history and even appears in the Domesday Book of 1086. The town is today a most desirable place to live and has become a thriving centre with many boutique as well as national retail outlets, a variety of bars, restaurants and cafes.

WEYBRIDGE

Weybridge benefits from its own mainline railway station and easy links to the M25 and M3 motorways and Heathrow and Gatwick airports. There are excellent schools in the area – Heathside School and 6th form centre and St George’s College for 11-18 year olds. There is also Brooklands College for sixth form students in further education. There are 2 primary schools - St James Primary School and St Charles Borromeo Catholic Primary for 4-11 year olds, as well as infants schools, Oatlands and Mamby Lodge and Cleves Junior School. For recreational pursuits, Weybridge has a variety of sports clubs including the David Lloyd Centre, Weybridge Vandals Rugby and Cricket Club, Elmbridge Canoe Club, Weybridge Rowing Club, Weybridge Mariners Recreational Rowing Club, Weybridge Sprinters Club and Weybridge Cricket Club, all serving the area for many years.
