MOUNTVIEW IS MOVING We are embarking on a bold project to create a new home for Mountview in the heart of Peckham in south London. We plan to open for the 2018/19 academic year. The world-class facilities will reflect the expert quality of our training and reputation and will bring all our departments under one roof for the first time. The new building will include a 200-seat main house and 80-seat studio theatre, dance, acting, TV and radio studios, music practice rooms, production workshops and a café bar. Professional and community groups will be able to use the facilities with special rates for charity and not-for-profit groups. Planning permission was granted in September 2016. Mountview has a finance facility in place to cover 80% of the funds needed. And we are 64% of the way towards our fundraising target of the remaining £6.5m to ensure we can complete the project. For more information about the project and how to support, visit mountview.org.uk/support-us or contact Liz Scase on 020 8829 1078 • lizscase@mountview.org.uk

NAME A STEP APPEAL Mountview's move to Peckham is a momentous journey and we need your support to take the next step. Mountview’s ‘Name a Step’ Appeal offers the opportunity for individuals to step up and support our move to Peckham. As a thank you, we are offering you the chance to have your name, or a dedication of your choice, on one of our staircases in the new building.

WHY NAME A STEP? Mountview in Peckham marks a step-change from the conventional kind of drama school. There is nothing else like it in the UK. The building will bring our student community closer together with professional artists and industry practitioners and promote new routes to training and employment throughout the creative industries and beyond. Alongside this we will be extending our current outreach programmes to engage more local young people and the community in skills development and performance activities during the weekend, evening and school holidays. Name a step today and help us achieve our exciting ambitions.

HOW DOES IT WORK? You can choose to have your dedication in two different areas of our new building in Peckham. £250 On a staircase in the atrium, the heart of our building £100 On a staircase in one of our stairways throughout the building To support the appeal visit mountview.org.uk/name-a-step-appeal For more information contact development@mountview.org.uk
