Hargrove is a sought-after facilitator, business consultant, speaker, and coach dedicated to the transformative and sustainable results of business leaders. As a moderator and frequent panel speaker in the areas of diversity, women in leadership, and social capital, she is honored to contribute to publications such as Workforce Magazine and Girl Boss Blog. Hargrove is also a graduate of United Way of Greater Houston Class XXVII Project Blueprint and Leadership Houston Class XXX and a member of Greater Houston Black to support well over 100 organizations, Chamber, Greater Houston Partnership’s as an independent consultant, Hargrove Women Business Alliance and Jack and developed Epic Collaborative Advisors Jill of America’s Greater Channel Chapter.
