Kimberly enjoys the privilege of being a native Houstonian, but delights in traveling and sharing her affinity for distinctive culinary cuisine with friends and family as often as possible. This Texas licensed real estate professional holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, a Master’s Degree in Human Behavior & Social Science and a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert Designation. This enterprising young woman owns and operates a Real Estate agency and tax preparation office, where she employs and empowers young people from the community. Over 15 years of sales experience, a team of exceptional vendors, and property appraisal and inspection training, are just a few value adding attributes of this entrepreneurial spirit. As a savvy inner loop real estate professional, Kimberly appreciates the refinement of luxury residential real estate and is well versed in the practicality of townhome and condominium sales. She is multiyear/ multi-million dollar real estate producer, and specializes in servicing single family home buyers, investors and developers. A proud alumnus of Texas Southern University, Kimberly gained remarkable resolve and leadership skills as a starting member of the women’s basketball team. Personally she believes that every individual and professional deposit of integrity invested is what creates strong and solvent communities. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), The Houston Association of Realtor (HAR), and The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
