Helen Callier, B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Six Sigma Black Belt and a bestselling Author of “Your Money is in the Followup”, began her career in Corporate America working for some of the top Fortune 500 Petrochemical and Industrial companies in the world. While serving as an Executive Staff Level Technical Manager of a division of GE Plastics, Helen traveled extensively throughout North America, including Canada, Mexico and Central America and had technical unit responsibilities in South America. While with GE, she embedded in her DNA to always be marketing and even if you’re an Engineer in front of the customer, be marketing because business – even in big businesses like GE – it is all about relationships. This corporate business experience combined with growing up in a family business fueled Helen’s energies and shaped not only her marketing skills, but honed Helen’s abilities to nurture customer relationships with Bradlink. An Award Winning Small Business Owner Helen is President of Bradlink LLC, a go to Technical Services Firm providing Program Management, Facilities Design, Automated Fare Revenue, and Operations / Maintenance services primarily in the Transit and Aviation markets. Some of Bradlink’s clients include AECOM, TDIndustries, Xerox, CH2MHILL and Gensler. Bradlink has worked on several high profile projects such as having oversight on United’s Terminal B expansion as the Houston Airport System Program Management via a Joint Venture, and working on the Houston Airport System Terminal D Gate expansion that enabled Lufthansa’s A380 wide body airplane to land at Bush IAH Airport. Helen has volunteered for over 7 years for Government Procurement Connections (GPC), a nonprofit organization that helps small, minority, women-owned and Veteran businesses make connections with government agencies – Federal, State, local, large primes, plus obtain information on upcoming contracts. Helen serves as Chair of GPC’s 2012 and 2013 conference for small businesses and is active in several industry associations including AMAC, APTA, COMTO and WTS.
