Wencie Hoang x College Park Lieutenant Governor
Hello sizzling Red Devils! My name is Wencie Hoang, and I am BEE-yond ecstatic to serve YOU as your Lieutenant Governor for the 2016-2017 term! A little bit about me is that I love to sing, dance, travel, bake macarons, and film for my Youtube channel. At school, I serve as an oďŹƒcer in Hiking Club and ASB Leadership. I hope that this year, that I will improve upon remembering names, because I want to not only work with you as an oďŹƒcer, but also as a friend. Although there will be speed bumps along the road, and that I can't promise you that I will be the perfect Lieutenant Governor, I DO want you to know that I will give you my 110% to ensure that every Devil experiences the magic of Key Club. As Miss Universe 2015 said when asked how she sees the title she possesses, I see this as a tremendous honor and responsibility. Instead of setting expectations this year, I want to encourage you to set goals. I have many goals for this year, but it would be impossible without YOU! Although I may be a disaster and super busy most of the time, do not ever hesitate to ask me any questions you may have. I love questions! Musically, Wencie Hoang
District Convention Sacramento,CA April 8-10
"District Convention was an emotional roller coaster. 4 years ago I would have never imagined I would be involved in such an incredible and life changing organization. As a senior, it is hard to let in all go, but as my story ends another one begins with even bigger and better adventures ahead of them. From earning the title of Outstanding President to cheering until I lost my voice, District Convention was worth every second. The people met and the memories made will never be forgotten nor will they not be cherished everyday. The feels trip that District Convention took me was one I could not express in words." - Calvin Lee, IP Northgate Club President
Service, service.. in our homes, schools, and community!
DWS Events for April:
Day of the Children: Although not many pictures were taken, members were busy bees helping to coordinate the tricycle race at Antioch Middle School for the Day of the Children event on April 16th!
MS Walk: On April 17th, about 30 Red Devils came out at 6 AM to help with preparing, providing, and breaking down for the MS Walk at Heather Farms Park! The turnout was a lot more than I had expected too!
