Fall Rally North is one of our largest events celebrating the amount of service and funds we have raised throughout the term. It's not only important because we work so hard to learn cheers and perform them in front of others during the rally and in spirit battles, but also because you show off your pride for your division and make even more long lasting memories with friends and possible new ones

ATTEND
FRN is where we get to showcase our true Key Club spirit and all our hard work from the term before. It’s a great way to meet new Key Clubbers and enjoy the full Key Club experience. Hopefully members will learn what makes Key Club special and learn how amazing it is!

WHATISAFEARTHATKEYCLUB
fear that Key Club helped me overcome was the uncertainty of my role in community service. I wasn't able to participate in a separate club Luckily, a friend of mine told me about Key Club and everything worked out in the end! as I was able to continue serving my community as a Key Clubber!""
same as many others, had a fear of socializing and public speaking! After joining key club, I felt like I joined the family! With the inclusivity from key clubbers, I was able to overcome my fears and stand out of my comfort zone! I now how no problem with socializing and public speaking! Thank you all of you, key clubbers!
On September 25th, Division 26 North held its FIRST Spirit Social of the term! In preparation for Fall Rally North, our dedicated Spirit Coordinators (Jailyn Arangorin, Maria Stamps, and Benedict Teodoro) along with our spirit team organized multiple spirit cheers! The division had a blast, with over a HUNDRED Key Clubbers attending and cheering alongside each other! We look forward to seeing more members out at the next two spirit socials, held on October 1st and October 16th! That being said, keep on serving and sizzling, D26N!

CARDS FOR TEACHERS
Article by Ysabelle BolanoThis Concord High Key Club event was held from the start of August and extended till Thursday, September 15th As the first club event of our term, members were to express their gratitude to Concord High's teachers and staff in creative ways by using their favorite materials to create cards!
We appreciate all of the members that have submitted cards and will be sending them off to their recipients promptly To highlight this event, our webmaster and editor, Jacinta Ng and Ysabelle Bolano, have submitted "Gratitude Bunnies" and "Gratitude Cats" as their expression of appreciation. Please feel free to draw inspiration from these gratitude cards for when our Key Club hosts this event again!
As a brief overview of this event, members received service hours for each card they turned in; at this time, we accepted a card in exchange for fifteen minutes of service, allowing you to potentially turn in a grand total of eight cards for two hours of service For this event, you could make as many cards as you wish, but any submitted after the first eight did not count toward further service hours

CLUB RUSH
Article by Anica HijadaWhen the leaves are slowly array of beautiful warm colors and every food we love becomes pumpkin flavored, we know it is finally Fall! To start off the new season, Dozier Libbey Key Club participated in Club Rush to recruit new Red Devils and share information about what we do, what we offer to Key Club members, and upcoming events!
On September 9th during lunchtime, all officers came together in the gym to prepare for Club Rush with the help from some of our good friends (special shoutout to Mina Aljanaby)! We set up our booth with special hand drawn posters and an informational board, as well as covering ourselves head to toe with our signature red color! We saw so many new faces, from freshmen to seniors. Over 65 students signed up for Key Club and asked us many questions in which we gladly answered all of them!
As officers, we really appreciate all the people that stopped by our booth to know about Key Club’s purpose! Club Rush is a great opportunity to help students from different backgrounds share what they are passionate about and we as students can help enhance the school atmosphere. We are really looking forward to giving our new Key Club members opportunities to help out with the community and learn the importance of service and being a leader!
COOKIE FUNDRAISER
Article by Joanna-Thi PhungWith the 1st month of the 2022-23’ school year going on, Clayton Valley’s Key club decided to hold our first fundraiser of the school year The overall fundraiser was a huge success, with making profits, introducing key club to new individuals, and getting to meet new and returning students of the school
The fundraiser was held on Friday, August 19th It occurred during lunch at the upper quad of the Clayton Valley Charter High School campus This fundraiser helped support PTP (Pediatric Trauma Program), the school, and our school’s key club, with most of the proceeds going to PTP. A cookie was sold for $3, while 2 cookies were sold for $5. Later on, closer to the end of lunch, cookies were sold as 1 for $2 and 2 for $4 We also had a “key jar”, where members could get how many keys were in the jar and would get a free cookie if they were within a 10 key estimation mark!
The fundraiser was run by four out of 5 of our officers, with one member helping periodically The fundraiser managed to raise over $200! Our assisting member, Kristin Francisco, described the event as “engaging, delicious, and eagleized”. They said, “Helping out at the cookie fundraiser was an unexpected way to familiarize myself with new faces around campus :D I loved watching people guess how many keys the jar contained" Overall, this event was a great start to the school year for Clayton Valley's Key Club
