Fresh Start and Freshmen The leaves are changing to orange, kids are back to the books, and Antioch High School's K.E.Y Club is looking better than ever. The new arrival of Freshmen has been very much in the favor of the Club as it brings new members that are ecstatic to be joining in with Antioch's K.E.Y leaders. The new Freshmen participated on Saturday, September 4 in the very first event offered, the Tricycle Race, which was a busy set up and take down at Mary Casey Black Elementary School of Tricycles, tarps for booths, and securing of materials like cords to ensure a safe event for the Elementary Schoolers, Parents, and Volunteers. It was a light-hearted and fun event for the community to compliment and welcome the new season and new school year. Our K.E.Y leaders and new members were also able to participate in the making of 10 dog toys for PTP (Pediatric Trauma Program) by donating their old shirts to be recycled into the toys. In addition, our members are eager to participate in even more events and to connect with non-Antioch High School members at Fall Rally North. Having put in 8 orders for Spirit Gear, our K.E.Y Clubbers are ready to let the world know how they feel about this Club and community service.
