Whats Poppin Ellies!

I truly cannot believe this is already the last newsletter of the term. It has been such an incredible experience getting to learn and see the impact that every club has had on their communities. I am so proud of everything that you have all accomplished and I am so excited to see where this new term takes us. Be sure to stay connected with the division accounts to start off our new term with strength in spirit and participation. If you’re looking for ways to get more involved, definitely apply for a DLT

position to get more involved on a division level and to help make things as exciting and fun as possible for this upcoming term. I hope that everyone has had a wonderful time throughout this past term and got to make new friendships within our Ellie family. It has been such an honor being able to serve as your division newsletter editor and this experience will always hold such a special place in my heart. As always, keep stomping through service Ellies!!

I can’t believe we have made it this far. Welcome to my last letter being sent to all of you. This term has been an incredible journey, I am so proud of each and every one of you for the work you have put into this division. We have surpassed our service hour goal, hitting 6013 hours, as well as raising over $4,100 for PTP! I am so grateful for all the experiences and memories you all have given me serving throughout this past term as your Lieutenant Governor.

Be nice to my kid, give her a warm welcome and treat her well. I don’t want to say too much, I’ll save the sappiness for banquet. I gotta catch my train into retirement, see you all soon!

Our DLT has done an incredible behalf of the whole division, all of the hard work and all shown throughout this here’s a small goodbye our lovely DLT as well as their favorite memories

My favorite memory from this past term was the region night market! I met so many incredible people that day that I still talk to daily. The environment there was so fun to be a part of, everyone was so friendly and enthusiatic which made the night go by far too fast and I have some of my best keyclub highlights from that event. I cannot wait for this years!

Goodbye dlt

incredible job and on division, THANK YOU for and dedication you’ve this past term :)) So goodbye and thank you to as seeing what each of memories from this term was!

Back at Summer Olympics, I distinctly remember one of the teams, named Team Josh, winning the games. This was one of the funniest moments of the term that definitely stood out!

My favorite memory from this term was ice skating with my friends until our ankles died at the joint DCM with D15N and D15W!

My favorite memory from this term was helping at Isaiah’s Rock to pack Thanksgiving Bags for those in need. Seeing so many people come together to help out the community was heartwarming and to see so many of those people being key club members made it even more memorable. It was dark, cold, and the bags kept breaking under the weight of the canned foods, but I hope we made a positive impact in someone’s life!

My favorite memory was definitely Thanksgiving Appreciation, I loved give back to essential also being able to see creativity when it came ing the bags. I also collected origami collection that will be keeping forever.

I would say my favorite memory of this term is being able to look back and see how much we’ve accomplished as a division and how much I’ve grown as a person. One of the most rewarding experiences was being able to see all of our hard work pay off at fall rally after planning for it as a division and getting members excited for it!

09

My favorite memory has to be fearing for my life 30 feet in the air trying to staple pine branches onto a rose float. Truly unforgettable, I wouldn’t do it again but I’m glad I did it.

My favorite Key club memory was being able to write the cheers for fall rally then winning with them, it was such a great experience!

My favorite memory is definitely between night and fall rally. Both events were so fun and it was great seeing everyone so spirited!

My favorite memory was when we sold Boba at the R13 Night Market because that was the first time I really bonded with everyone in the DLT and made new friends!

Rowland Elections

Rowland Elections

Rowland Key Club held our general meeting in late February. During this meeting, we held our speeches and caucuses for our President and Vice President candidates. Members were able to vote for who should represent them in the upcoming term. “The candidates were all so good and I had a hard time picking who should be next year’s officers,” recalled Veronica Loh, one of our general members,

“Everyone was so good!” Results will be announced in the coming weeks. We also informed members of future events such as the Literacy Fair right here in Rowland Heights, and the March DCM’s movie night! All in all, this was a successful opportunity for members to vote for the future cabinet and learn about upcoming events.

What are some service like to participate

“A service event I’d like to participate in is helping the homeless. If we all could come in as one and donate money or necessary items in order to create a care package such as food, drinks, shirts, socks, etc., it would be really great. I think it’s a good service to help out people”

“I would like in more service involve going tions and directly impact that we

service events you would participate in?

I would love to volunteer at food pantries or organizations where we could help distrubute materials to those in need. Kind of like what we did for thanksgiving but year round!

“Something more interactive with kids or elementary schoolers because I love interacting with kids; they’re so cute. Also beach cleaning”
