Letter from LTG Hello Division 46 North, I am proud to say that I am officially your Lt. Governor for the term of 2017-2018! I have several plans for this new term, such as finding or creating many more division service projects, fundraisers, trips, socials, and other miscellaneous things. To implement these ideas, I will require the assistance from every member in the division, because without your participation there is no point in organizing these events! With that being said, my goal for this year is to have our division accumulate 9,000 service hours and raise $5,000 for service, and by achieving this we will be improving the division as compared to last year. As stated prior, to accomplish these goals it is necessary I get the help of every individual Key Clubber, so let’s work harder than we have ever before to make this our division’s best year! April Recognition Member of the Month: Mary Banh, Peter Johansen This member always goes to events every month. She is one of the club’s most active members. She is always eager to volunteer and has proven to be a great asset to her home club and the division.
Officer of the Month: Junnelle Maala, Enochs This officer has worked extremely hard throughout the entire term. Always fulfilling tasks on time, she has proven to be one of her club’s biggest supporters. She is an amazingly spirited Key Clubber and I can not wait to see what she has in store for the future.

April Recognition Advisor of the Month: Nan Jacobs, Gregori This advisor has proven to be of great assistance to their club. They attend all of the club board meetings, make sure that all the events the club participates in are legal, and watches out for other clubs as well as their own. Overall, they ensure that the club runs smoothly.
Club of the Month: Beyer
This club has worked extremely hard this past month. Due to the efforts of the new officers, this club was able to accumulate a large number of hours for their club within just the month of March. Also, the officers have already started recruiting new members for this new term. This club has started to improve right from the beginning of the term, and will continue to do so because of the new officers’ dedication. Division 46 North | Page 4
Event Recaps Love Modesto Love Modesto is the annual event held by the city of Modesto to beautify the town. Volunteers would help out by cleaning up roads, decorating areas, playing with children, or making crafts to give to others.
District Convention District Convention is the annual event in which 2,000+ Key Clubbers from the CNH district get together to celebrate the end of the term. Going to DCON truly changes one’s view on Key Club, and each member should try to go once in their career!

Upcoming Events MS Walk The MS Walk takes place at Beyer Park starting at 6:00am on April 29th. Members are needed to volunteer at the food stand, as cheerers, set up, break down, and route guides. All volunteers must also bring a waiver to the event.
Ride for Mom Ride for Mom will be taking place on May 13th at Johansen High School in the morning. Volunteers who participate will assist with set up, break down, and will be course monitors to guide the bikes there right way to prevent anyone from getting lost.
