For optimum development, young children need a stimulating environment to play and learn. Playgroups offer babies, toddlers and young children a wide variety of early learning experiences. Playgroup is a great way for your child to learn about the world, make friends and develop social skills. Playgroup also gives moms, dads, grandparents and caregivers a chance to share ideas and experiences. Many long-term friendships begin at playgroup. Playgroup develops physical skills, teaches problem solving, communication and social interaction and, of course, it’s great fun!

In 9-Pin, no-tap bowling, strikes are awarded for any pin count at or above a certain score. Any bowler who knocks down nine or more pins on his first ball is awarded a strike when you're playing nine-pin. Nailing all 10 pins is not necessary. Either nine or 10 pins will count as a strike, and likewise, if you knock down the remainder to get all nine with your second throw, it's a spare.
