Started in 1996 by a group of volunteers in New Jersey, Provider Appreciation Day is appropriately celebrated each year on the Friday before Mother's Day. CYS Services, Camp Walker Class description: Students will learn about color theory and techniques of using watercolor paints. They will get a chance to practice those techniques and apply them to different projects during our eight sessions together. We will also discuss various artists who have created abstract art, still life art and landscapes. Through the understanding of this information, students will apply it to create their own watercolor works of art.
Information about the instructor: Hello! My name is Joaquina DuBois. I have lived in South Korea for nine months and am looking forward to working with the children here in Area IV. I have a B.S. degree in Art Education and have had the chance to work with children in Ramstein, Germany as the Ceramics Instructor there. I also worked with home schooling groups in Wiesbaden, Germany and taught drawing and painting classes with them. Following our tour in Europe, we moved stateside and I taught private lessons from my home. 56 FMWR Outlook
