MAISON’S EXQUISITE WEDDING CAKES
A special day requires an extraordinary special cake.
Our MAISON wedding cakes will be created with your inputs in close collaboration with our skilled pastry chefs’ knowledge of flavours and aesthetics.

THE PALM COURT
The Palm Court’s history dates back to the 16th century, when it was a grand mansion garden owned by the wealthy Chancellor Frederik Ahlefeldt.
Later, the garden was transformed into a hall of glass and, in 1902, it was reinvented as a palm court with palm trees, marble columns and majestic sculptures.
Over time, countless historical events attended by prominent guests from all over the world have over time been held in The Palm Court, which is still one of the utmost impressive and exclusive event halls for all types of events in Denmark.
The Palm Court offers versatile options for your event, accommodating up to 400 guests for standing receptions, and when combined with the Gallery and Louis XVI ballroom, a total of 700 guests can be accommodated. For seated dinners, the Palm Court comfortably accommodates up to 250 guests at round tables.




LOUIS XVI
The oldest ballroom at d’Angleterre, and one of the most luxurious ballrooms in Copenhagen, Louis XVI venue have been the setting for numerous magical weddings over the years.
With its lavish ambience, Louis XVI is ideal for weddings at all seasons and can accommodate up to 200 guests for standing wedding reception.
The regal Louis XVI ballroom graciously accommodates up to 140 seated guests for enchanting dinners at adorned round tables.


EMPIRE
Empire is one of d’Angleterre’s most breathtaking function rooms, which can be expanded and combined with Salon IV. With capacity for up to 50 guests, this beautiful and intimate function room can also be used for smaller receptions in private surroundings in the heart of Copenhagen.
THE SALONS
d’Angleterre’s private Salons are perfect for small and intimate celebrations, or private preparation suites for the wedding couple.
All Salons are adorned with beautiful velvet on the walls and soft carpets, which creates a warm and intimate atmosphere.




GALLERY
The Gallery is located next to The Palm Court and is particularly suitable for wedding ceremonies, reception and intimate dinners
Throughout the length of the Gallery, stunning antique chandeliers spreads a mesmerizing light over the historic hall.
Our Gallery has the capacity to host seated dinners with round tables, accommodating up to 60 guests.
AFTERPARTY
If your party of a lifetime continues into the wee hours of the night, Balthazar, the hotels exclusive Champagne and cocktail bar, will open its doors*, exclusively for you and your guests
Balthazar’s exclusive frames sets a beautiful scene around a last hours of an unforgettable evening.
*The bar holds a maximum of 100 guests, and in order to host a private party, a minimum spend applies.
Musical entertainment or DJ can be arranged.




THE WEDDING NIGHT
When you have bid your guests farewell - full of love and happiness - your first night together as newlyweds awaits you at the d’Angleterre.
Whether you are toasting with bubbles to celebrate your love – just the two of you – or if the large bed with the soft duvets allures, your utmost privacy will be assured by our discreet and attentive staff.
The next morning, we serve the most amazing breakfast for you in the privacy of your suite; or, if you prefer, you can take each other by the hand and enjoy the morning with breakfast at Marchal with a view of Kongens Nytorv.

Whether you want to pamper yourself before or after the wedding, the team at Amazing Space spa is ready to fulfill your needs with a complete combination of beautifying, pampering and healing treatments, including help with nails, hair and makeup before the big day.

Our dedicated team of wedding and event planners will be ready to assit you with all aspects and details ahead of the big day.
As a part of the planning process, d’Angleterre offers the wedding couple to-be a menu and wine tasting, to make sure all details are set according to your wishes and preferences.
On this occasion you will also have the oppurtunity to meet the operational teams, including our chefs, florists, sommelier and head waiter.
