On Reaffirmation
When the top of this agglomeration of sediments exceeds the surface of the water, the island is formed. Or, in other words, when we are arrived to the sanctuary after a long pilgrimage, we must inhabit the place, our own being.
To inhabit means to adorn oneself with its land, its vegetation, its water; adapt to its rhythms, its seasons, its climate; it means living with its imperfections, with its geology, with other living or inert beings; it means responding to their needs; offer him food, cultivation, devotion; it means being an extension of its roots; it means shaping its architecture; it means getting rid of the idea of gender and categorizations around sexuality or genitality.

Only by getting rid of all these layers of knowledge, which the white man has bequeathed us and which are self-destructive, we can become ourselves. Only in this way we will be able to know what are the true desires of our soul. When this happens, our substrate will be sufficiently pure and fertile to be able to give rise to life, to be able to cultivate something transcendent, something elevated.
