Welcome Words! Welcome to AIESEC in Mainland of China IC Delegation 2016 booklet, it is a huge pleasure and an excitment to start this adventure with all of you. Remember that we have been selected to proudly represent Mainland of China and we need to ensure that all the processes before, during and after the conference. Have a clear goal of meetings , expectations and follow up after it. 4-. Enjoy the time with MoC Delegation and involve with others to build a stronger connection. 5-. Prepare for LCPs Entity Summit, it’s the first time Entity Summit is going to do this.

What’s Entity Summit? It is a group of 16 entities all around the world that share common interests in performance, collaboration, enhance organizational development and gain external relevance in their countries. The group is not composed by the top 16 performance entities, itiscompased by key leader entities in AIESEC and AIESEC chapters in developed countries, every IPM and IC all the MCPs from these entities gather to disccuss and agree on collaborations points and follow up projects. LCPs will have the first Entity Summit space during IC 2016 in Poland.

Trips & Tricks. • Do some research about the entities you want to get a closer relationship, also reasearch about the culture and the country itself. • Interact with as much as people as possible, show yourself and also MoC, it can be a random talk or cooperation meeting.

• Be ready to provide your whatsapp and FB information. • Some people may know a lot about China, some not, feel free to share with them our culture and traditions.


Glossary Some entities use very different AIESEC vocabulary, I will give you some examples of how diverse the vocabulary can be, please take a look at them; • • • • • • • • • •

GCDP= GC ( Global Citizen) or GV ( Global Volunteer) GIP= GT ( Global Talent) CI= Recruitment YT = GL ( Global Leader) All the acronyms with T are just shorten ; MC, EB, OC. S&S = SNS TLP and TMP = Team Leader and Team Member Program
