Brief of Role
AIESEC in Mainland of China is facing enormous changes and challenges towards our deep transformation to a true leadership centric organization. This is why we would like to have an international team that can help us to properly achieve A2020 ensuring collaboration between AIESEC in MoC, the global network and external sectors. The Global Showcasing Team for MoC will work with two main initiatives: 1-‐. Social Media: Create an strategical direction, content, management and content generation for AIESEC in Mainland of China accounts of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and our website. 2-‐. Nihao China: A promotion project to showcase Mainland of China as an attractive destination for international youth talent around the world. Our main objectives are: • Improve International Relations of AIESEC in Mainland of China through efficient and useful communication channels. • Position AIESEC in MoC as a qualified Hosting and Sending Entity by showcasing our experiences and generate useful content for them. • Strengthen E2E Partnerships for a better Co-‐Delivery by social media. • Generate benchmarking for better cooperation. Accountable to: MC iGV Director, MC VP Marketing B2B and MC VP oGV Background needed: iGV, oGV, MarComm or BD NST, Member or LCVP with good understanding of Mainland of China reality and AIESEC in MoC positioning. Description • Manage the main Social Media Channels of AIESEC in MoC; Facebook fan pages, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter • Coordinate timeline, content and material • Manage Social Media team and achieve team minimums • Generate material and strategies to position our social media platform • Co-‐create materials with Content Produce for an strategic audience based on EY Partnerships • Generate continuous content about AIESEC in Mainland of China and Mainland of China in collaboration with NST B2B. • Create content to link AIESEC in MoC network with global network ( articles, blog, posts, pictures)
