REFUND POLICY If you are dissatisfied with a program after the first session (class), you must submit a written explanation to Bristol Recreation Department prior to the second session (class) to be eligible to receive a refund. In the event of an extended illness or injury, we must be notified immediately and we will issue a prorated refund. A medical and/or doctor’s explanation will be required. We cannot issue refunds for trips, special events, ticketed events, and no refunds are given for a single session. Refunds will be issued for programs canceled by the Bristol Recreation Department. An administration fee of $5.00 will be charged for all processed refunds. BACKGROUND CHECKS In order to protect the citizens of Bristol, it is the policy of the Town of Bristol to conduct criminal background checks of all volunteers and subcontractors providing unsupervised care or services for vulnerable populations (youths ages 18 and under, adults with disabilities and elderly). The Bristol Recreation Department will only select persons who are of good character and who have the skills and other qualifications necessary to fulfill their role.

Bristol Clay Studio Pee Wee Pottery

All Classes are held at the Bristol Clay Studio located in Artist’s Alley next to Art on Main.

A fun and popular class where kids rule the clay! Parents are involved to observe and interact to support their child's clay play. Children are encouraged to let their imaginations fly, while learning techniques of hand building and the etiquette of working in a clay studio.

Introducing: Ballet & Jazz Dance Classes Classes will be led by Evelyne Germain who trained at the Boston Conservatory of Music, the Alvin Aliley American Dance Center, Les Ballets-Jazz de Montreal and with Shelley Ismail among others. Mrs. Germain danced professionally with the Ottawa Dance Theater, Axis Mime Theater, and Theater of Giants.

Creative Movement Intro to Ballet 1 & 2 Beginner Ballet/Jazz Is your young child ready to start learning ballet? Most children respond to the sound of music with joy and enthusiasm. Introduction to Digital Photography

Estate Planning Basics For Everyone

An introduction to digital photography and using a Digital Single Lens Reflex DSLR camera.

Learn about the "three flavors" of estate planning basics (including the use of a living trust), the importance of beneficiary designations for "non-probate assets” (i.e., insurance, IRAs and retirement plans) and why instructions for your loved ones at your death or possible disability are SO helpful. This valuable workshop is offered to all adults and is FREE.
