‘Why is saving hard to practice amongst many Tanzanians?’ By Khadija Amri “Even where planning is involved and high discipline is required towards the expenditure pattern of people’s income. Much as everyone respects his or her job and the corresponding disposable income received, yet ‘saving’ is hard to practice in Tanzania because priorities keep on changing unexpectedly, thus the assumption ‘income is not always equal to expenditure’ becomes valid indeed”, said Mohammed Bakari when asked how does he manage a living as a parent and employee simultaneously. ȋ͸ʹȌ ϐ ͳͷ Ǥ Ǣ ǡ Ǥ ǡ Ǥ

n this article, I bring up to you three ways on how your gynecologist can help you have a good and comfortable sex life with your partner. If you were looking for advices, here is a shortlist of how your gynecologist could be useful beyond your imagination. HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN RELY ON THEM TO TREAT 1. LOW LIBIDO/SEX DRIVE You may think you are alone, trust me, you are not! Having a low sex drive is something that most women experience at a time in their lives. This can be caused by physical issues, such as normal hormonal fluctuations when you're breastfeeding, during pregnancy, or even at certain points in your cycle. Diminished testosterone levels (women produce testosterone too but in small amounts) can also sink your sex drive. Your gynecologist 36 I Dar Life I July 2018

can help you with this by prescribing a compounded testosterone cream or pills that will help you increase your sex drive. 2. VAGINAL DRYNESS This is most common to women especially during or after hitting menopause, when a woman’s natural estrogen production diminishes, although about RI ZRPHQ DJHG may experience it too. There are two ways to deal with dryness, your gynecologist can prescribe you with artificial lubricants, which you can use in the moment when your brain wants to get it on but your body isn't cooperating or an estrogen cream or pill. REMEMBER: It is important for them to be prescribed by your doctor, as they may have implications.

3. PAINFUL SEX Feeling pain at some point during sex can be seriously worrying. If the pain happens during intercourse, it could be a vaginal infection caused by an STD and your gynecologist will want to run some tests to rule it out. Among the reasons that you could experience pain during sex are such as uterine fibroids and endometriosis, the doctor will have to run you some tests to see what the cause is. The doctor could prescribe you some pills or you could be scheduled for surgery depending on the results. Nature & Wildlife Safari Experience The atmosphere in Arusha National Park is magical. The entrance gate leads into shadowy montane forest inhabited by inquisitive blue monkeys and colourful turacos and trogons – the only place on the northern safari circuit where the acrobatic black-andwhite colobus monkey is easily seen. In the middle of the forest stands the spectacular Ngurdoto Crater, whose steep, rocky cliffs dotted with herds of buffalo and warthog. Further north, rolling grassy hills enclose the tranquil beauty of the Momela Lakes, each one a different hue of green or blue. Their shallows sometimes tinged pink with thousands of a rich selection of resident and migrant waterfowl, and shaggy waterbucks display their large lyre-shaped horns on the watery fringes. Giraffes glide across the grassy hills, between grazing zebra herds, while pairs of wide-eyed dik-dik dart into
