01 TWS AND PARTNERS INTERNSHIP Summer Internship Principal: Tonny Wirawan Suriadjaja June 2016 - August 2016 Working under Architect and Designer; Tonny Wirawan Suriadjaja (Principal), Angelia Maulana (Architect), Angel Huang (Interior Designer), Marina Tjandra (Interior Designer), and Aditya Bediardi (Architect) as junior architect and draftsperson. Contributed as a team of Architects, Interior designer, and Interns to accomplish Projects in: • Making decision with principal architect and interior designer for “The Stacking House” • Helping deciding marble material for “Grand Classic Hotel Cikarang Interior” • Drafting and revising: sections, plans, elevations, and construction detail for “Park Royal Hotel, Malaysia” • Drafting and revising: interior furniture and specification for “Grand Classic Hotel” • Rendering and preparing interim presentation for “Advan Office Tower in Jakarta and Graha Rivera Residences” • Organizing sets of submission drawings for “Park Royal Hotel, Malaysia and Grand Classic Hotel” • Composing construction and material specification for “The Shifted House and Grand Classic Hotel” • Composing MEP specification for “Park Royal Hotel, Malaysia” • Site survey with principal architect for “The Stacking House” In accordance with privacy policy of TWS and Partners property, TWS sheet border, file names, and drafter initial will be cropped.
THE BAYOU AT CHENANG LANGKAWI AutoCAD 09 weeks The Project is called, The Bayou. A beach-side complex that consists of Convention Center, Shopping Center, and Parkroyal Hotel and Villa (owned by Pan Pacific Group). Located in Paradise land of Chenang, Langkawi, Malaysia. It is a collaboration between TWS and Partners from Indonesia with ZAA Architect from Malaysia. TWS Designs the portion of Villa, Hotel, with its landscaping. Parkroyal Langkawi has 294 Rooms with two swimming pool one located at the ground connecting the beach and sky pool that stretch parallel to the beach. It also has a ballroom, All day dining and Japanese Restaurant. In this project, I worked on Detailing, revision, and producing extra sections and detail on the hotel main tower, swimming pool, elevator lobby, villas, and restaurant.
[Wall, Celing, and Floor Finishes] The hotel has gone into Finishing part, and Architecture and Interior teams are deciding the wall, floor, and ceiling finishes before being submitted to be checked with the supplier.
[ Interior Micro Sections ] With new schedule and changes in Interior design got approved, new section drawings need to be produced in order to keep up with construction progress. Two of six section drawings produced to be applied in all elevator lobby located from ground to the twelfth floor of the hotel. Material specification list is provided as the supplier has agreed to supply.
[ Swimming Pool Boundary ] The swimming pool took over 30% over the land area and it go through multiple landscape. Details section drawings from various location mush be provided to show the height differences and conditions occured on various location, TWS has to provide the gutter and piping condition for the swimming pool before being submitted to pool engineer
[ Sunken Seating Area ] Series of seating pod is provided for chilling and unwind. The detail for furniture and stairs to the pods need to be produced and submitted to ZAA interior team in malaysia to be crosschecked with their materials compatibility.
[ Japanese Restaurant Louvers ] The Exterior finish for Japanese Restaurant is changed to a series of louvers. The details must be produced ASAP since it needs to be submitted to metal fabricator to be fabricated in Malaysia. The louvers curved following the contour of the double height wall.
[ Living Villa Roof Trusses ] Redesign of roof trusses detail as Gutter need to be installed in between and on the end of each trusses; Revision of the existing gutter is needed to comply with the height of newly added skylight design that is placed in proximity to the gutter.
[ Owners Villa Landscape Detailing ] Additional detail drawing such as pool tank, Roof Gardens, Columns, Skylight, and Gutter is produced to comply with construction detail.
ADVAN OFFICE KELAPA GADING Vray - Photoshop - PowerPoint 3 Days The Project, Advan office is located in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta. It is a corporate office with spriralling concept where all the rooms are connected creating a huge communal space. Green is part of the design as the principal believe it could boost workflow and creating calm space, it is especially needed in offices spaces. In the project. I helped in creating renderings and presentation for Preliminary Presentation with the client. Vray, Photoshop, and power point skills are used in creating the presntation board.
GRAHA RIVERA RESIDENCES Vray - Photoshop - PowerPoint 2 Days Graha Rivera Residences is a housing complex hoilding medium sized housing containing two until three bedroom units. It is going on to its Preliminary design where it will be presented to its owner for approval. In the project. I helped in creating renderings and presentation for Preliminary Presentation with the client. Vray, Photoshop, and power point skills are used in creating the presntation board.
THE SHIFTED HOUSE AutoCAD 1 Week The shifted House is a private house located in Padang, Indonesia. The house was a reinterpretation of an island. The programs is scattered on top of a reflecting pond and connected with a series of bridges.The house is on completion level and Furniture schedule is need to be adjusted to the plans. I helped the interior design team to determine and creating specification of the furniture

GRAND CLASSIC HOTEL CIKARANG AutoCAD - Microsoft word 1 Week Grand Classic Cikarang is a complex containing a 4 star hotel and a mall located in Cikarang, near Jakarta. It is being constructed and TWS got comissioned to design its interior. Recently the Marble supplier had changed to “Fagetti�. All drawings need to be updated with similar color and texture that compatible with Fagetti products. I helped the ineterior team to look at samples and decide marble type as a subtitute to the old marble brand.
