suburbs on the rise, and it’s already begun proving itself. 2018 has been steady from the outset, with 39 sales recorded in just six months - and the good news for sellers is that prices are remaining strong. Buyers are starting to sit up and take notice of this quiet little enclave, and as demand intensifies we’re seeing increasing foot traffic through our open homes and prices creeping up.
