‘tis the season... Somewhere, on one of my shelves rests Rudi our Christmas Elf on a shelf. Scheming and dreaming up some wickedly funny idea that will put a twinkle in the eye and a smile on the face of anyone who comes by.

It has been an interesting year for local real estate and despite some of the growth from the last few years having come back there are still plenty of deals being done - buyers and sellers making great moves.

Perhaps he’s planning on taking a bath in a bowl of marsh mellows, creating a battle scene with tiny teddies on the kitchen bench or having a paper bag (sack) race with a selection of action figures and dolls.

Warranted, moving at this time can have its challenges thanks to everything else that is going on, but you don’t have to shelve your plans. Give me a call and I am sure that we will be able to work up a perfectly good plan for you and your family.

Either way it’ll be fun, and quite likely will require some cleaning up later that day. No doubt you’ll see some of his mischievous mayhem on our insta and facebook pages. Hopefully it’ll give you a little bit of festive cheer.

In the meantime be good, because Rudi just might be watching!

I love this time of year. It’s a chance to spend some quality time with family and friends. But it also a great time to time to reflect on what a privilege it has been to have helped so many people move over the last twelve months.

Eat, drink & be scary - community spirit comes alive! In October we saw thousands turn out for the annual Blackwood Street Halloween Festival – run by the Rotary Club of Mitchelton, the festival has grown immensely in recent years and features live music, market stalls, a street parade, and prizes for the best costume.
