Hello. Welcome to the latest residential real estate report for Camp Hill, looking back at the fourth quarter of 2016 – September through to December. I hope you’ve settled into 2017 nicely. Many of us first fall in love with Camp Hill because the location is so convenient. Easy access to everything you need and want from schools through to great local dining and shopping. It is all here. But spend more time, immersed in the suburb, and you soon come to appreciate the character and charm of the homes. Some old, some new. A coalesence of styles, colours, materials and finishes. The suburb is constantly in a state of gentrification and it is one of the reasons why so many buyers continue to be attracted to the area. On such example is a recent sale of mine, showcased on page seven. I originally sold this in 2014, and this stately Queenslander underwent a complete renovation with amazing attention to detail. Immediately attracting strong interest off market and selling for a great result, it is further proof that our beloved Camp Hill remains at the top of the list for so many buyers.
