As we leave the cool weather behind, I am sure I am not alone in welcoming the warmer spring and blissful summer months. Some of the wonderful aspects of living in the western suburbs are the abundant green spaces, and recreational facilities available for us to enjoy our magical weather. The pleasant springtime temperatures are bound to bring with them sun kissed cheerful communities‌.and house hunting! Every aspect of the season can work in a seller’s favour, with the sun shining and the flowers in bloom, it not only makes your home look its best, but also encourages buyers to get out into the warm air to attend open for inspections and auctions. On the market front, the majority of suburbs in the western corridor of Brisbane are continuing on their consistent trajectory of median house price growth. Toowong has presented the most promising figures of 6.19 percent in the last 12 months. Just as the weather suggests, we are in for a fantastic spring and summer, so too is our prediction that the local real estate market will invariably end the year favourably.
