ASHLEY HORSWILL Welcome to the latest report for the residential property market place in Ashgrove. During the last quarter, from April 1st through to June 30th 2015, the local property market continued to see strong activity with modest capital gains. Brisbane wide saw a per quarter improvement of 1.4% and 4.5% for the full twelve months to June. Low interest rates continue to fuel enthusiasm and buyer demand within the investor and occupier markets. Brisbane is the only capital city to have seen gross rental yields increase over the year and at a yield of 5.4% apartments are the strongest performer right now. Although Brisbane yields have increased, vacancy rates are still higher than previous years. Please feel free to contact me at any time to discuss further.
