Welcome to Manhattan Terraces. Luxurious, individually titled terrace homes in the heart of West End.

The only luxury terrace home opportunity in West End has seen a successful launch with 75% of the terrace homes already sold in stage 1. The new Manhattan Terrace Homes in West End will revolutionise inner city living – offering purchaser’s the unique opportunity of an individually titled terrace home in the heart of vibrant West End.

The high end project is offering luxury terrace homes set to be delivered over two stages. The majority of buyers consist of downsizers looking to seize this very unique offering and make the most of what the local area has to offer.

“We don’t see this opportunity presenting itself again – it’s truly “The result is an indication of one of kind”, said Urban Construct strong demand for premium, endManaging Director Todd Brown. user focused product close to the CBD.”

The product also boasts a strong investment opportunity with an anticipated 5% yield and great capital growth. Place Estate Agents CEO Damian Hackett, who is marketing Manhattan Terraces, said the design and layout of Manhattan Terraces appealed to discerning buyers – both investors and owner occupiers alike. “A lot of thought has gone into making these homes stand out from the crowd, and in a market

congested with investor-focused product that approach is really resonating with people,” he said. “From luxuriously appointed kitchens, secure two car garages and elegant architectural design, buyers can see this will be something special.” For more information, call or email Ben White today. 0414 647 582 benwhite@eplace.com.au

Queen’s Wharf development project shines a light on Brisbane growth. There is no doubting that the proposed Queen’s Wharf project will have significant impact on Brisbane. Recent news articles suggest that the integrated resort/ casino project will create a jobs boom, with 2,000 new jobs created during the design and construction phase and another 8,000 jobs when it opens. The almost 9 hectare site, which extends from the Treasury Casino through to Alice Street (QUT Gardens Point campus) along the north bank of the Brisbane River is intended to house some 50 plus restaurants, cafes and bars, a premium retail outlet in the now Treasury Casino, and hotels including a Ritz-Carlton which is intended to be part of a fully refurbished Lands Administration Building. The integrated resort precinct will include a 6-star hotel, a new casino and gaming complex as well as cinemas and event spaces.

In addition to all the glitzy new entertaining and dining spaces there will be several green spaces, grassy knolls, terraces and outdoor areas including a proposed climbing wall, contemporary exercise areas, playing spaces, playgrounds, bike and walk ways, and the Turbal Way Mangrove Walk along the eastern most tip of the site. As the spotlight starts to shine on Brisbane, with this impactful

change to our city, we are already starting to see enthusiasm from interstate and off-shore developers and investors as they position themselves to ride Brisbane’s growth cycle. Their attention at this early stage appears to be directed mostly on neighbouring areas including South Brisbane, West End and the City centre and all indications are that this improved demand, its subsequent influence on prices, will continue to buoy our residential property market.

As the spotlight continues to shine on Brisbane there is a renewed enthusiasm from interstate and international interests looking to ‘ride’ the Queens Wharf fuelled property growth cycle.
