Welcome to the LATEST edition of marketview, your report on residential property in Shailer Park.
Hello and welcome to our latest report, the first for 2017. Tips and predictions. As we launch into a new year it is hard to miss the newspaper articles and blog posts forecasting what will happen to the real estate market in 2017. There are certainly a lot of opinions, statistics and commentary out there. In fact, if you google search for it you will find about 3.8 million indexed results to read through. Now, that’s a lot of reading and if you
are trying to work out if moving this year is the best for you the prospect of gathering some more market information can not only be daunting but also it downright confusing. For the sake of clarity and to put it simply, the local real estate market Brisbane wide remains stable. House price growth throughout 2016 was modest but trended up throughout the year and in most suburbs, the average price of a house has increased by around six per cent
each year for the last ten years. There are several reasons why Brisbane has maintained such a stable level of growth for the last decade and given the current sentiment out there with sellers, buyers, banks and politics, it is unlikely that we see a huge swing of change anytime soon.
see how we can help and learn more specifically about the market that will impact your move – then give us a call.
But while this consistency offers a level of confidence and certainty having a well thought out plan will make your move, should you chose to make one, even more rewarding. That being said, if you would like to

What one of our CLIENTS had to say about us
Sold over list price with multiple offers. “Thank you for your help with selling our house. The marketing you did was amazing and unique and really pointed out our home accurately. You really know how to market a home. I believe the marketing brought extra buyers to the home which helped us achieve the multiple offers and we ended up selling our house for more money than expected. Matt, you and Chantel make a great team. You are a great real estate agent, you have a caring, pleasant and honest approach to your craft. It was a pleasure to have you as our agent. Ian & Gail M.
